For a side that 'belongs in SL' you love had a couple of off days too against London (round 1) and Halifax so you've got no hope of promotion either by your logic.

I thought both the leigh player and Siejka were equally to blame, they were all over each other and the 2nd yellow was a terrible decision by a terribly overwhelmed referee.

And we blew you away first half so by that account we're equal of half performances.

I said halfback pairing, no doubt Gaskell is top drawer but as it stands Siejka is not the answer.

It's hard to compare our games since the start. That game was a competition while so far we haven't had much of it. Even batley were poor, we were just poorer. We haven't had to get out of 2nd gear, I just hope we have a 3rd!

I'd like Bradford (including the fans) to quietly go about their business and let Leigh take all the plaudits they want for being absolutely and utterly wonderful.

If that second half is proof positive of their utter superiority and pre-ordained greatness, then we need to try and scrape into the superdooperleague on their coat-tails.

Point 1 was just me pointing out how we let you back in the game and didn't carry on to embarrassing you. Wow your 'famileigh' fans were quiet!

Point 2 was what stopped us gettin back in the game after you snook in a couple of tries. An idiot wouldn't have picked someone from leigh to coach a leigh game...

Point 3 was me stating why I think we've not performed to our maximum ability as a whole team. I thought he played pretty well against you.

Point 5 has nothing to do with round 1. Hopefully once we start playing some better teams we can find that next gear, halifax will be our hardest test since round 1.

You won the first half 20-6 and we had no complaints.
You lost the second half 30-4 and you can't stop complaining.

It will be much, much worse if we lose to a Yorkshire club. It nearly happened at Batley and that was with a fair and neutral ref. It would always rankle losing to Fax.
In effect it means little losing to Leigh and would have meant even less had the ref been neutral. I can't even conceive of the notion of Leigh being a rival and I can only assume that any Leigh fan would have a similar view.

So why keep going on about it? Stop blaming the ref.

We were are own worst enemy the first half, and you the second. In the end we scored more points and won. End of.

I don't blame the ref. As a fan I would have done exactly the same.

You keep saying get over it, but this discussion was all about the middle 8's and evaluating our chances of beating the teams we will be playing which will most likely involve Leigh.

To decide whether we could beat Leigh, we had to go into why we lost in the first place. Then you came in poking us with a stick about the whole game again so we have given our account for the game for the 100th time.

Quite right, However that's how it started until the digs came in about blaming the referee.

So i came poking with a stick to defend the fact that we were the better side overall.

I can tell you now, If you want to beat Leigh you'll just have to play better, and if you do then well done. If you go

I don't know how to break this to you, so I'll just go right ahead and say it: it doesn't make any fscking difference WHAT he has in mind because he won't be playing.

The ref for the Leigh vs Bradford game was demonstrably out of his depth. 6 yellow cards and a mass brawl do not point to an official in control of the match but rather a kid with a whistle who is being ignored. Had he clamped down on the underhand tactics in the first half, like a more experienced ref would have, then it would have been a different outcome. But he showed himself to be a paper tiger.

Leigh might have been the side better at playing the ref that day, but they were only better than Bradford by a single try. Hardly an all conquering victory

You forget, this is Leigh we are talking about...
With their unique 'famileigh' they have, they are the nicest bunch of players and staff in rugby! Not to mention professional! We might aswell promote them now and give them the SL title, they've beaten London twice they must be the best! Just make sure a certain carrot top referee controls their game they'll have no problem!

And Wigan and Bradford and Fev and Fax...................
