Maybe they had better players but the deal that brought Lilley and co was a case of take one, take them all to benefit both sides. I don't know. I'm speculating.

I actually meant 'big' in the sense of being the major club in its area and driving interest and player recruitment. As in the Cougars being the 'big' club in Keighley and Fax are the 'big' club in Calderdale.

It's up to clubs to sort out their own finances and they should do so based on their own support. Visitors are an unquantifiable, and quite minor (especially in our division), addition to gate receipts but certainly shouldn't be something any club relies on for basic income.

So it's my suggestion that no away crowds have an additional quantifiable and detrimental impact on home support attendance and so money through the tills.

Personally I don't take any delight in seeing any club struggle including the Bulls; as we have been there before ourselves - the RFL cause alot of the problems the game have like when we won the 2010 GF at this level took a bit of the shine off because there was no automatic promotion and the current 'restructure' and handling of it is poor - I think RFL want a structure here like they have in NRL - where the teams outside the top flight are merely feeder clubs and Dual Reg is the start of this - clubs like Fax , Bradford and Fev etc are better than to exist like that would you want watch someones B Team??

Look at Football as well - Bradford City and FC Halifax Town know what their league structure is , they know there is a clear and uncomplicated system of promotion (and relegation) can you imagine the FA deciding to restructure the leagues right before the business end of the season - RL is becoming Lions Led by Donkeys.....

you can understand his desire, he was Faxed when he left us so needs a rest. if you averaged out his training and playing time as a part timer with the time he spent playing for us it would start to come down towards your average hookers playing time. But not by much.

and he needs a bit more time for the superglue holding his head on his shoulders to set after the 2 high tackles a game usually in the first five minutes that the officials either did not or chose not to see...

I like Bradford, I have a lot of friends who are Bradford fans, you are in our league, I guess its fair to say I have an interest in what is happening at Bradford. When you are in champ 1 next season you will probably get rid of me for a season.
