Apologies for not replying yesterday, I needed to confirm a couple of things first.

I would like to offer you the joint sponsorship of the twins at £700 + vat (the vat will rise should this not be paid for before the end of the year).

With any additional monies you have we could maybe do as per our previous email and invite you into our All Bar 9 area at one of our games.

As regards to payment, we don’t mind individual cheques at all.

Let me know your thoughts on the above, I personally think it would be a great idea for the twins to be sponsored by the same group of people/company.

Ah right, I thought we were getting that as part of the sponsorship package.

What are people's thoughts on an agreement?

Is everyone happy just to send a cheque to me made payable to the club? (That way I can't run off with the loot!

Or do people want something more formal?

Is the any legal aspects we have to consider? Adey?

Personally I'm happy just to send you a cheque made payable to the club.

Am happy to send u a cheque just pm us where to send it and ill do it as soon as poss.

As I said before, if there's anyone that can't pay by cheque and can use Paypal, I'm happy for them to pay me via Paypal and I'll write a cheque for the combined amounts.

However I would rather people pay for themselves so nobody has to trust someone they haven't met. I'm purely making that offer for those who can't pay by cheque.

Let's get some details sorted for sending the cheque off! We then need a new banner design!

Good news. £20 it is then. Can you confirm the name to go on the cheque. Is it just "Bradford Bulls"? Just waiting for an address - I am getting my season ticket on Saturday and could leave a cheque with them then if we are paying direct to the club. Also happy to pay to your home address (postal strike permitting). Just say the word.

A couple of points:

1. I'll confirm the Burgess boys are defo getting squad numbers
2. Benefits - I suggested that we give up all benefits of a single sponsor; in return for us ALL have a game in hospitality. I think that is fair all round.
3. I'll PM everyone individually with my address once I find out who the cheques need making payable to.

This way I don't see a need for a signed agreement as there is a single benefit for us all, thus no squabbling at a later date.

What name is going against the sponsorship? I only ask because redamberandblack.net isn't a valid website any more!

And as for the announced sponsorship name, "RedAmberAndBlack rlfans forum" should do the trick? Might not be snappy but we might as well use the sponsorship opportunity for what its normally intended for, spreading awareness of the brand, our forum in this case.

Why not just use BullsSupportersTrust for the sponsorship name. Everybody from here will be getting behind that scheme and it should be up and running before the start of the season. It will add much needed publicity to a scheme that will both benefit the fans and The Club that we all love.
