Can I suggest that if there is a pub available with a function room that the meeting is held there rather than at the club?

Whilst we always encourage supporters trusts to develop good relationships with their clubs if possible, it is important to remember that the trust is a separate entity to the club and should be run by the supporters and not the club. This prevents the trust becoming simply a fundraising mechanism for the club and allows it to maintain it's own voice and views.

I agree that if the idea is popular and the trust is formed then we should meet somewhere other than the club. However, I think at the moment Odsal would be a good place for an initial meeting as we know that everyone knows where it is, even those who don't live in Bradford. I'll let everyone know when I hear back from Stuart anyway, it may be that it's not an option!

If you can't get a venue near to Odsal my photography studio is half a mile down Halifax Road, we might be on emergency chairs and only a kettle for drinks but if your stuck your welcome here.

Stuart Duffy is happy for us to use the Media Room (opposite the ticket office) for a meeting on the 13th, but asks that the meeting is finished for 9pm. Is everyone ok with this venue? If so, I suggest we aim to start at 7pm?

Yes, it's in the media room at Odsal. The media room is opposite the ticket office.

I was also thinking about the trust and to ease the burden on individuals and came up with this (if we go down this route):
Each position is “officially” filled by those wanting to become more heavily involved. Each of this positions has an unofficial set of deputies / assistants, 2,3,4,5,? (which could be documented if needed), filled by those wanting to help, but are unable to fully commit.

I think that sounds about right. I don't think there was any talk about invlolving anyone from the club at the moment. That's as it should be, in my opinion, but perhaps - if we decide to go ahead - we need to discuss the approach to the club (who, by when, what deliverables etc.). Also, I think someone wanted some input from ex-BISA members about their experience. Should this be included in the agenda?

I think that there definitely needs to be some robust structure in place, with clear demarcation of responsibilities. In BISA, a few heroic individuals [size=59(certainly not me, btw)[/size shouldered a disproportionately large share of the burden, and this was unsustainable.
