Isn't that pretty much redundant now? Can't see Moore wanting those share anymore, OK is stuck with them.

Unless the cash flow problem has been resolved? The club will at some point run out of cash. Also if the directors have stood down have they effectively relinquished their bid to own the club? If that's the case, then will there be a court case as OK is the owner again, so a court case to judge on ownership would seem to be an unnecessary expense.

But will OK be able to run the club on his own? I mean who will step in to help manage the club and could OK pay them?

There is no simple solution to any of the Bulls problems, but all parties have a lot to lose. Someone on here has already said that OK has put the club in jeopardy, but it was in jeopardy when he bought it.

Could a fans trust buy the club from OK?
Could another benefactor buy it? And would they offer anything more than more loans?

Will OK now liquidate the assets, to claw back as much of his outlay as possible???

While I totally sympathise and understand the agonising frustrations amongst my fellow supporters at not knowing the full details, everything should become apparent in the coming days.

Today has to be seen as a positive step - how can you want shares in the club by having no intention of paying for them?

Is the thinking something like:
"You won't transfer the shares, so okay, have the lot, debts and responsibility and everything, and go down in history as the local man who brought down the bulls. Or transfer them and walk away. Your call, OK."

I don't think OK has done that much wrong. Moore told everyone bar OK that he wasn't paying a penny for the club. If I was OK I wouldn't be too happy and would hold back the shares until I saw some money.

What did the new 'owners' expect, a free go at running a sports club? Reality check for Moore, Watt and Calvert!

how can you expect any value for shares in a company with a negative net worth? In this sort of scenario usually the shares go for £1 the lot and the new owner puts the money into the business.

OK should have taken this action when told about the £600k fine. Walked away leaving SL to run and fund the bulls.

I honestly thought Ok didn't have a clue what he was getting himself into when he came along, this latest development is just a bluff by the 3 guys to pressure OK, be interesting few days coming up I reckon.

I think the issue is more the agreement to repay loans made by OK. The shares were to be transferred in recognition of that settlement over an agreed period .

Its a load of tripe..... no one can possibly say or suggest what Bradford should do... all you Bulls Fans have, and probably only will ever have for Khan and co, are questions. Omar saw the opportunity to jump in for the benefit of his back pocket now all the money has been bled dry by him through ways and means this has happened.

I don't think the new directors will currently be funding these wages. the club will have income from the season ticket sales. Its a few months down the line, when the funding from season tickets is gone that the club will be brought to its knees.

I would have had some sympathy if the directors actually parted with their own cash, but this clearly isn't the case as they all found it pretty easy to leave.

With all the contradictions going on (and people like Hood popping up) I am going to wait to see what Micks denouement is, but it had better be good whatever it is!

who has concrete evidence of what the ex directors did or didnt put in, dz999? There were statements at the time that they had paid the funds in the forecasts put before the RFL to approve, and subsequent statements from them that they were not going to put any more in. RD's comment ignores all of this.
