Even with the tragedy of losing his father he didn't miss a match all season and had always put 100% in while also improving quite dramatically!

Kearneys had bout 6 gud games at start of year, the rest have been mediocre

Difficult to pick a stand out player really, which says it all.

Kopczak's been ok and has definitely improved but being brutally honest he hasn't exactly been amazing, he's done short stints and showed glimpses of being quite good. Much of the time he's not exactly "played his weight". He's the most improved player perhaps.

POY for me until his injury was L'Estrange. No doubt about it.

Burgess should win young player of the year by a mile. He's been the bright spot for this season.

Agreed, Kopczaks defintely improved, but hasn't been dominating the opposition. Makes the odd break here and there, still needs some work on his defence. For me it's Elima.

Yeah but he did get injured. The way he was playing I think he'd have walked the POY if he'd have stayed fit. But he didn't and I don't think he did enough in the few games he did play in to carry him through to the end of season awards.

The MOTM thread would suggest that Brett Kearney has been the player of the year.

That said, the most consistant has been Koppy and i'd be very happy for him to get it as he's done so well in difficult circumstances.
