Not sure about `sticky` but definitely dirty, old, messy, very old word in fact. To be honest I always thought it was spelt hacky, though obviously, the aitch was NEVER aspirated. Well not in Bradford anyway..............

The lad sat next to me right now who's always lives in Farsley also knew exactly what it meant.

Used to hear it as a kid in Leeds, but then i grew up and moved to Bradford and you dont hear it at all.
