Let's not get gushey here, it's all very well being sentimental, he aint gonna be a patch on what he was, and he must have been on a fair wedge at Glos. Maybe he'd accept a pay as you play deal, I admit it would be great to see him come off the bench as that impact player we've been lacking.

Probably so.
My heart says it would be great to have the Big Fella back, but my head says he is probably past his best. I think we definitely saw the best years of Lesley and I'd hate to see him spoil that memory by coming back and not being the same player. But he is an absolute Bulls legend... so it would be difficult not to be happy to see him at Odsal once again!
Oh and what about quota? If the rumours are true about Millard and Kearney... surely that leaves no room? |

he was signed for us before feb 2007 so think he would get exemption and count as fed trained, although not sure if his stint in union would mean that no longer applies. Think it would be a mistake to bring him back as theres no way he'd be able to play at anything like level he was at in his first stint. |

Here's an idea, keep Semi, get another winger and bin Sheriffe.
Far more beneficial for the team surely, Sheriffe's had a poor season.
