At this stage of his career I'd imagine a 3 year deal would be hard to turn down, however given the impact his departure would have had on the club, and more importantly the impact on the supporters, you can't argue with them offering him it (unless it is silly money).

As I said, it's ALWAYS about money to the fans of the club who miss out on a player. Doesn't matter on the player or the club, it's always the same.

Indeed. Macca was talking about the future plans for Bradford (I took that as other things besides the obvious OSV) and the Bulls' vision for the future and this was a major factor in Andy staying.

Obviously money and contract terms is a consideration, he'd be daft not to barter the best deal he can.

I find it particularly reassuring that one of the hottest properties (in the prop world) wants to stay with the Bulls.
I also believe Sam Burgess' resigning was also built on a similar vision
