Well pretty much everyone else can. He's burned out after flogging himself to death without taking enough breaks during games when he was with the Bulls.
Burgess, it's too early to say although there's a lingering concern that his shoulder injury may have an impact on him.

| How by letting a rampaging adrian morley run straight over him..erm no hes giving away 5 stone yet still brought him down..he went up to try and help his winger out who ran straight round sherriffe..riley had a choice either try and go round halley or chip and regather which meant halley had to turn and start running from a standing start..riley had the momentum and ran hard and straight..none of tries last night were halleys fault, how many could be accosted to sheerriffe gaffe, platt the missed tackle king, or semi god.

| He's looking bad because of the team he's playing in, when you look at the stats it's not that bad.
Sam Burgess
Apps 7
Metres 934
Carries 139
Tackles 182
Offloads 9
Tackle busts 13
Clean Breaks 2
When you compare that with most forwards in the league thats not at all bad, especially given his age. Imo we shouldn't be criticizing Burgess when he's been one of our better and consistent performers. Remember he's still young and learning.

Why would he do that? He can lose games here at Bradford.

| I don't know why he plays loose forward when he plays like a prop, he is a prop.
I don't know why Langley plays loose/second row because he isn't a loose or second row he is more of a prop too.
If I were McNamara I would play Menzies 6 and Morrison 13 (when he is fit).

Imo Menzies & Morro in second row is a good combo.

Excellent combo but Bradford haven't got a 6 and Menzies can play there.
Langley isn't a 13 so play Morrison there, I seem to remember him playing there for Parramatta and Country/City?
Also get rid of Rikki Sherriffe, his positional play is appalling and Matt Cook is stealing a living. Michael Platt is really dodgy to say the least.

Jeffries is a 6, he played scrum half because of injuries.
Langley might be better in the second row but he`s a fair loose forward as well. I guess Morro could play either position too but he too is currently injured. Sam played loose quite a bit last year and played well there. To be honest I think we put young players in a positional `bag` far too early, imo it`s still too soon to say what will turn out to be Sam`s best position.
I`m not a big fan of Rikki (it`s difficult when you`re comparing wingers to Big Les and TV) but his positional play on defence is poor at times, though I recollect that being said about Big Les too.
I`m not sure what you mean about Cookie, to me he`s one of the most improved players over the last season, he always seems to make yards and I thought (until Friday night) that he`d got rid of his habit of giving penalties away. Still, I`ll take that as a one night aberration.
Platty, again has his problems, and to be honest I don`t like him exposed at full back. However he has his strong points too and like many players I get the impression he thrives on confidence and that`s clearly in very short supply so far this year.

Burgess in my books is a second row forward, he's to fast, agile and skillful to be playing prop, well at least he was before he bulked up so much. I'm not sure where your getting Cook's penalty habit from either, he's possibly the most disciplined forward Bulls have and hardly ever gives penalties up, he never has. Nor does he make a lot of errors as many seem to believe.

| Welcome back Sam
Genuinely pleased to see him looking so good again (even though it was at our expense).
Love watching him play when he's on his game.

| Slammin Sam is looking much more like the player we know now he is now he's playing in the second row. That's the position he makes the biggest impact, but I understand we often need him to do a job up front. Another big prop to allow Big Sam to play second row every week would be splendid.

Left side second row is his best position. Although he's shown good skills in all positions.
Its good to have him back playing his best
