No in 2005 we lost to Wakefield then Widnes but won our 3rd game against Wigan at the JJB when Mick Withers scored in the minute.

Feasible - no, unless we're prepared to chuck a load of money at someone who would completely undermine the current coach. Directors of Rugby never work in my opinion.

Welcomed back? I would doubt it. I think there's a feeling he left us in the lurch. As great as the Noble era was, it's history and things are never as good second time around.

Losing 3 games in a row doesn't necessarily mean the coach needs to be changed.

If he can play a whole season without sustaining any injuries then he may prove to still have that potential.

That's possible but imo he has a lot to improve.

Yeah, I agree it's just that he has been extremely unlucky with injuries.

It does if said coach has a generally poor record and is not seen to be putting anything right.

I'd personally be more concerned about the management of a club if they sacked a coach 3 games in for performance related issues.

If the coach was deemed good enough before a ball was kicked, 3 results shouldn't be enough to put his future in doubt. Said management should have replaced the coach before the start of the year if they had so little faith.

I seem to remember we said the same three games in last season too.

Clubs should still be more patient with their coaches if it's early in the season, especially in the franchise era. The fans are calling for Noble's head but if Lenegan does sack Noble in the next few weeks, I'd be asking questions or his abilities to run the club.

Platt, Sheriffe, Sykes, Nero, Tadulala, Jeffries, Deacon, Burgess, Newton, Scruton, Menzies, Morrison, Langley

Godwin, Cook, Kopzcak, Worrincy

Maybe abit light on academy players (you could count Sheriffe as one I think, so I make 5 academy lads), but also 12 British lads out of 17.

How when he's never played academy rugby for us.

He's from Bradford, so I guessed (or maybe more assumed) that he might have played academy rugby for us at some stage.
