IF Walker is found in the end to be lying and trying to screw Bradford out of some cash or a contract when he messed us about and then does end up in SL, I expect a very [iinteresting [/ireception for him at Odsal when his team visit next season.

However it it turns out to be more the agent's fault then I hope we'll show Walker what he missed out on by not snapping our hands off when we were interested in him in August.

If it turns out to be our fault then I expect our club to come clean about it at the very least.

thats what i thought, obviously walker isnt aware of this, who knows. At least it seems done and dusted, will not be 100% sure until I see him at training in bulls gear and in the number 7 shirt.

Didn't I hear they were looking at doing a Squad Presentation evening again this year? Although then I heard there were no events planned, so maybe not....

If they're not doing it at a proper evening, I would expect they'll come out around the time the shirts get in stock, to try to capitalise on shirt printing sales.

It would make sense for the club to have a squad presentation evening this year. Given the new players, the club needs to create a buzz around Odsal. Maybe do it as free admission for season ticket holders and £5 for everyone else? That way you'd make a bit of cash off it and you might knock a few floaters off the fence and get them to buy a season ticket.
Plus, have the bar open a bit longer than they have at the fans forum (something else that the club should get organised before the start of the new season, head off the bad feeling of last year's let down with our new players etc etc etc)

As we all know, that only means that the RFL will allow Orford's registration.

The legalities may well continue but it does look unlikely.

reading between lines sounds like we're negotiating a settlement and he'll be aannounced for catalans once its all finalised.

sounds like we've told him where to go. the "they're kidding" line seems to be one of exasperation

That last bit about kidding is the one that's the hardest to interpret. He's quite clearly not happy about what's happened before he posted that, but what he means by it, god knows.

The more these tweets go on, the less worried I get about the Bulls being in the wrong over this one.

you carnt be proud of that tho can you (the clubs told im were to go ) , the way i understand it , is walker has signed a contract with bulls , one that was offered to him , it sent back and every thing kosure , but then bradford have to register there signing with the rfl , in which orford came up , so they dont send to rfl walkers registration , and try and wriggle out of the walker signing , even tho hes signed the contract offered , so bradford think it ok to do this as the rfl didnt register him ! in my eyes the player signed a contract , so only bradford to blame , this is only my opinion tho !
