| Could do with a forward, second row/ prop to replace smith and another fb would be nice unless they want to go on faith with Ackroyd i think if we went with this squad into the season we would be okay. Will be interesting to see if there are any trialists

| Would be very disappointed if we let Myers’s leave, he’s a top prospect in my eyes.
He’s not going to get much game time at Wakefield, would end up back in the championship in dual reg.

| I suspect most players have superleague type clauses i.e. if the opportunity arises they can speak to interested superleague clubs if they want to. So how much Bradford can do to keep Myers, I'm not sure. Would we get some kind of transfer fee if he goes? I'm inclined to agree that he'd end up on dual reg if he goes.

| Unless he signs a new contract they’ll have have to let him go. If he’s offered a new one and doesn’t sign it then he’s off at the end of 2025

| It’s the difference between going Fulltime and testing himself and maximising his development while he’s still young, and not, I suppose. If he gets an offer that compensates for his job, then he’d need to consider it.

| It's always bittersweet when a young homegrown player moves on to a team in a higher league. This is part of the reality of being a part-time team—when you nurture talent, it's inevitable that some players will outgrow the level of competition we can provide. While we would love to keep our best players, we also understand and respect their ambitions to challenge themselves at the highest levels.
I assume the club do not want him to walk for nothing at the end of the season so they’re cashing their chips now.

| He’s still young and let’s be honest isn’t SL quality right at this moment in time, so he isn’t going to be playing anywhere but the Championship in 2025. Now whether that’s at Bradford or another club on loan remains to be seen but are we in a position where we need to cash in on him? Unless it is an offer that is too good to refuse I guess?

| Going elsewhere could end up knacking his career...
In Hindsight Lawford should have stayed with us, he would have played last year.
Instead he's going to be out on season long loan.
We haven't looked closer to Super League since the MPG at Wakefield so there isn't much point moving on to bigger better things.
Unless it's Wigan or Saints.

| I'd be very sorry to lose Myers. Of course its understandable that any young player wants to play SuperLeague if they get a chance and there is also the point that he isnt guaranteed a starting spot at the Bulls either after the recruitment of Blake and Armitage. I have always liked Nobby but I do worry about his preference for expensive experience over youth (remember Leon Pryce and Iestyn Harris). The club needs money to fund the positive changes made recently so a transfer fee would be good, but are we paying too much to fund Blake's pre-retirement stint?

| I’m not sure what to expect from Blake. An experienced NRL player, who wasn’t able to deliver the standard Saints needed in SL. But it’s the championship….
Surely he’s got to be able to deliver a high standard in the championship?

| Nobby's job is to put the best team on the field. He's doing that. While I'd prefer to keep Myers if he does go to Wakey he'll end up sent out on dual reg. He'll get plently of chances if he stays and sees out his contract. He can then take his pick at the end of the season.
I remember back in our heyday Noble getting flak for wanting to swap Langley and Reardon for Gareth Ellis. In hindsight that would've been good business. As for Harris that was an bad bit of recruitment but at the time I think Noble wanted a more consistent performer at No6.

| Listened to gledhill Saturday before it mysteriously vanished come Sunday again and on it he said a signing is taking its time due to waiting for a visa to come through.usually in the past they've signed the player then said waiting for the visa when he's already announced so wondered if this player has some things in his past which might make it difficult to gain a visa hence taking time .A player like Micheal Jennings for instance.

Or it could be just an excuse… id read nothing into that at all they would be announced subject to visa approval

| Good signing that. Wonder why the change of heart. We've got a heck of a set of forwards now.
