Rest assured that Ben Reynolds is very highly rated by Leigh. So much so that he recently signed a 3 year deal to stay at the club.

Up until this weekend, He has been the League Express MOM for the past 3 consecutive Leigh games so that alone should confirm to Leigh how valuable a prospect he is in the game.

Even if Leigh start with Travis Burns and Josh Drinkwater on Sunday, I expect young Ben to be in the 17. Not only is he one of the game's brightest up and coming 7's he can competently cover a variety of alternative positions.

I rate him very highly.

If he ends up back at the Bulls then it will probably be the end of his career.

We had Lewis at Leigh for a month, after Brierley left, but things didn't work out. He looked promising, but he was difficult to assess, given his limited opportunities. Apparently no relation to Gareth! His record at Leigh was: - 1 start,1 substitute, 1 try.

I see Aston wants Ridyard for the rest of the season. Again, I'm not sure what the situation is with Martyn. I can't believe we have dropped him, (even if he intends to go to Canada next season) given his importance to the team. It would appear that he needs groin surgery, so maybe that's the story with him?

Yeah but only a months loan. Hopefully if he's any good we can extend or its to cover while an overseas target gets his visa through. At least it's an improvemt on no halfback in the short term

While it is "only a month" I think this next month will decide whether we are or aren't in the top 4. It's a bloody important month to have got a HB sorted. And he can kick goals

Id be tempted to stick him staight in with Thomas at 6/7, Addy to loose and Lumb/AOB as hookers, play the lower teams be a good chance to see what he can do and give him some game time in matches we should win easily (hopefully)
