Looks to have a great pass from dummy half and some big hits in defence.

Confirmed 1 year deal. Obviously can't read too much from a highlights real, but a Hooker in the NSW will have great distribution which is the most important asset of that position.

It's a position we needed and we've got a young player from a high quality competition.

Hallas - as I gather very cheap and if he is over his jaw injury he really will be a grafter

Oakes - a decent upgrade on DFJ more yardage and More experience at top level

Souter - young and hungry and if highlight anything to go by a skilful kid

I believe Barraclough is one of the five members of last seasons Reserve team who have been awarded first team contracts for next year.

I think we've witnessed a lot of these syndromes before to be honest. Not sure if we'd call it Karl Pryce syndrome or the Tame Tupou disorder....

Could be the Marc Herbert optimism syndrome.

I remember him making a line break at Salford. It was like observing a tortoise contemplating a distant lettuce.

Herbert came from the Raiders as well, hope it's not an omen.

Highlights reel suggests could be a handy player for us. Reminds me of a proper old fashioned Aussie type hooker and hopefully will go well in Championship.

Hard to know for certain until they've got a few games under their belt. Definitely more positive about this signing than Hallas or Oakes.

Fev have let a bunch of players go. I wouldn't mind Davies, always has a good game against us. One year contract would be good.

Obviously know nothing about him, but hopefully Nobby has done his homework. From the highlights he looks like he could be a crowd pleaser and he is the right age to improve/make an impression rather than coming to top up his pension.

So far this would be what I would go with no quality 13 yet and we could deffo do with another prop probably a 2nd row for strength in depth maybe Foster/ Davies or Hau if he fancies a year or 2! Really good though that we are at this point in the off season and only 2/3 players off where we need to be
