The Bradford Bulls additional owner (Watt) seems a decent bloke from what has been reported.

But does he too now need to pass the RFL's 'fit and proper person' test - thus delaying things further?

There's been nothing reported about what proportion of shares in OK Bulls Ltd each of the three 'new owners' now owns (or the number of shares purchased /price paid). Wonder if it is a third each?

If it is a third each, does this now mean that none of the three now need to pass the fit and proper person test? (On the basis that no one of them alone has a controlling interest?). That could be convenient.

Wonder if there might be some agreement/arrangement in place that still gives OK the right to approve/veto the issue of shares to particular individuals as a way of attempting to ensure the reported £1 milion is paid back to him over a reasonable time period?

Yeah, because why would the new owners want to do anything that might turn a profit? No, much better to follow London's use of a rich owner. Because if you have a rich owner, it doesn't matter how poor your team is or how poor your attendance is because at the end of every year you'll still have players for the team and a ground to play your fixtures at.... oh wait.... Interesting to see Bradford Bulls are looking to employ a Food and Beverage Operations Manager....then again, with Mr Whitcut's track record in F&B, it's hardly surprising they're looking at someone else to run that part of the business
