| Quote ="Bull Mania"Teams always hve a case of complacency every now and then. Players can think "Whitehaven beat this lot and Leigh out 60 last them" may have on the on KR next week.
Not saying that's what will happen, I'm sure Jimmy will be hammering home this will be a tough game.'"
The impression does seem to be that we're no more from immune to complacency than anyone else and I guess it's just human nature to take things at face value.
That said, it's pretty clear that teams are raising their game and, as rightly pointed out, London are basically a good team in the first place, and not only that, they have recently hit some form, so there's no doubt we need to bring our 'A' game. Whether their 'dual reg' people add to that improvement, or become a bit of a distraction, is open to speculation. No doubts about Elliot Kear though, if they give him the ball in space, he's a good strike player and he'll score.

| Looking at their last six poor at Whitehaven then getting badly bruised at Leigh, they have somewhat regained some form. The score at Batley, who we found out can play and have a great coach. their score was not far away from what we achieved. My guess is it will be a good game as they will now fancy themselves as getting into the top 3. I am sure they will want Leigh at London to do a job on them on their patch.
I am hoping they will play like a SL side (They were only last season) and we can have a bit of speed and class on show. If the officials allow it :-/
Forecast dry and If the sun comes out it will just shine on the righteous in the stand I guess. I will be with the Hooligans. A message to Mr Seika, another game to see a bit of class that we were told you have

| 19 man squad:
henry, aob, sidlow, mellor, purtell, ulugia, ferguson, fleming, addy, lauaki, uaisele, siejka, pitts, gaskell, walshaw, clough, shaw, olbison, halafihi.
I'd go:
Shaw
Ulugia
Henry
Purtell
Uaisele
Gaskell
Siejka
Sidlow
AoB
Clough
Olbison
Pitts
Addy
Ferguson
Fleming
Lauaki
Walshaw
Mellor and Halafihi to miss out, although it wouldn't surprise me if Halafihi was on the bench instead of Walshaw.

Blown out of proportion a little by the Police and the papers as to what exactly happened, his biggest mistake was been out in the early hours on a Monday night, it certainly hit him in the pocket, hopefully he will learn from it. Certainly wasn't very nice to see his name in the press for all the wrong reasons
Back to concentrating on his rugby now, I went to Fev on Good Friday to watch his debut for London, he went well. Rhys Lovegrove looks a very good player for them'"
Good to see you back Roger, we all have family issues of which we have no control over. Having said that we all hope that lessons will be learned and wish you son well, for his future.

| The starting 13 pretty much picks itself. If Williams and Blythe were fit I'd say they would take the places of Ulugia and Henry. That being said, Adam Henry had a really strong game last week against Dewsbury.
Ferguson and Walshaw are both strong runners and should cut a few holes in the Broncos defence. Lauaki should be getting closer to full match fitness as well.

Nope!
I am a fan of Henry, he is SL quality. Would like to see him get a bit more ball and get into the game with the class of O'brian and Gaskill. Lauaki quite rightly should be getting there and worrying people.
We have a good team out still, even with the injuries. Really looking forward to the game. Less dropped ball, good solid game plan and keeping the ball fluid.

| Weather for tomorrow forecast to be awful, with rain and wind [again, so it may be a bit of a lottery.
Have to say, that much as there is nothing we can do about, I'm getting quite fed up of this rubbish weather descending upon us every Sunday.

Thank you very much
I'm hoping he's learnt his lesson. He's really enjoying it at London at the moment, should be a good move for him instead of playing in the under 19s waiting for the odd game in the first team
The Bank of Dad has been open this last couple of week and I'm sure it will be open again tomorrow about 5.00 in the Coral Stand

| Skybet giving London 20 start, or 7-1 on the win. I've had a nibble.
20 start in the wind and rain seems a bit much.

Looks like the London odds lengthened when the bookies noticed Chev Walker wasn't in our squad

Very sensible. I'm sure if Hardaker wasn't involved we'd not have known it happened (aside from the fact that it probably wouldn't have happened at all).
Great to hear he's going well. I bet it's much easier for you to cheer on London than Leeds.

| Roger, it's a precarious life as a pro athlete and it can end at any time, so players have to maximise it as best they can. I guess we all hoped your lad would go on to play for the Bulls, but no one, well no one with any common sense, will blame him for doing what he feels is best for his career. Nor will anyone blame you for supporting your lad.
I hope he has a good game....I also hope London lose as well, of course!

I'm might have a bet on both teams to win today, then at least part of me can't lose today, or would it be can't win??

Looks like it ... lets hope it passes later. Got my ticket over the phone so I have to find where I pick it up from first
Can you still pay extra to get in the stand?

| You pick it up from the ticket office as usual, it's just the inside of it that's changed.
I think you can still pay to get in the stand, I can't believe the club would cut off any additional revenue streams

| Just how does the weather KNOW we are at home? I am getting really, really sick of it now.
There is not much to say about the game simply because the conditions were freezing and disgusting, and it is a small miracle that players are able toput on any sort of a show when it's like that.
London offered very little on attack - and when they did, they were determined to blow it, and di so very successfully) and we just chipped away, steadily adding to the score, in a very comfortable win that told us nothing. Except maybe that we can grind out wins and we can do whatever we need to. Oh, and that referee Cobb is at present like a lost soul. His overall demeanour is of a man who has too many rules and stuff to remember, so panics. Luckily the weather had already spoiled the game, so his inept pantomime display wasn't really relevant.

| Good solid win. We overcame losing Siejka and Purtell early on.
Very impressed with our defence (which to be fair has been good most of the year)
But I thought we grinded that one out. Thought Ferguson was outstanding.
Joe Cobb is just an awful awful referee. I hope we don't get him for another important fixture!

| I think our forwards won us that game. All four of our props won pretty much every collision and made a lot of yards. Ferguson was also excellent, and Pitts and Olbison were as solid as always. The London pack just didn't have an answer to them, which probably goes some way to explain the slow ptb.
London's best player was actually a loanee from Wire - the hooker Brad Dwyer looked very lively when he was on.
