Ring any truer now?
I think it's pretty typical of OK not to defend himself from some of the conspiracy crap flying around as to reasons for his standing down, and I very much doubt anything said will satisfy the trolls, mischief mongers and conspiracists but these are the facts and I reckon that Bulls fans should have nothing but a huge amount of gratitude to OK, who has had no choice but to step down, but has left his money (or money secured on his assets) in.

| But OK wants his money back. The club have said they will pay £1m back to him at some point. So we're effectively £1m in debt to him. I'm grateful to him for stepping in and saving the club but I don't see how we're in any better shape now than before we went into admin. I had hoped OK was putting money in just like the rich owners of some other clubs, I didn't realise it was just a loan! As a club that has been making a loss for the last few years I can't see how we can pay £1m back to OK, especially with reduced sky funds again next year.

Wtf you asking me for? My post was solely about the genuineness of OK's illness. Where did I mention anybody else? If you want to know, why don't you ask them ? Did they put £1m apiece in?

Ok. You are stupid. We've established that. Or rather, you've established that with the crap you keep coming out with. I mean, seriously, aren't your handlers concerned you might electrocute yourself the way you dribble into your keyboard?
So, Omar's catering has been taking money out of the club all last season huh? Where did you learn this info? Did the cat tell you? Ah, I bet it was your teddy bear wasn't it?
And Omar wanted the land? But the club didn't have the land, it was well documented that the RFL own the lease at Odsal. It was an established fact when Omar took over and it's still an established fact. So, if he wanted the land, he'd have to buy back the lease off of the RFL. Ask teddy, I'm sure he can explain it to you. That or tell you to go out and kill prostitutes again.
Oh, and one last thing. This isn't twitter so hashtags at the end of your post are POINTLESS. I wouldn't normally point that out, but as we've established, you're a drooling moron.

I have read both his articles from last week and I don't see what lies he has told. The RFL are asking for information and it's forthcoming. The T&A piece is a 'worst case scenario' but i am sure Moore, Watt and co haven't gone into this to make fools of themselves. Once everything is in place it's up to the RFL but I doubt they will refuse to ratify the club's new owners.

| On 9th October Ross reported:
Whitcut and new co-owner Mark Moore sent their business plan to RFL chiefs and are hopeful it could be rubber-stamped by Red Hall bosses this week.
Whitcut said: “We sent our business plan to the RFL last Friday and we are due for another meeting this week.
“They’ve had all our cash-flows, business plan and proof of funds, so we don’t foresee any problems whatsoever. We have budgets in place for the next five years.”
The ownership issue does not affect the club’s Super League status heading into 2014 – the final year of the three-year franchises before a proposed major restructure of the game.
“OK Bulls, the company that runs Bradford Bulls, has a Super League licence for 2014,” added Whitcut.
“The ratification is purely about the ownership of the club.”
Sounds like a different story a week later from Blake Solly - the RFL haven't yet got what they need from the club to confirm our ownership or SL status

| I wouldn't jump to any conclusions. If you read today's article Solly says:
“We’ve been in communication with Ryan and Mark for around three weeks now and expect to have the final version of their business plan and financial forecasts by Thursday."
That suggests that they have had a copy (as Whitcut said) but perhaps it didn't have everything that was required. I seem to remember a similar delay in the Kahn takeover. Sounds like the RFL are sticklers for details which surprises me at the way they seem to run everything else.

I think its called micro managing. Its one of the things the rfl say is holding them back from doing other things like looking for sponsors

| You could be right Sensei, I hope you are. But if you are then some better communication from the club wouldn’t go amiss. E.g. “We’re in discussions with the RFL and are jointly developing our business plan with a view to getting it finalised so the takeover can be confirmed. This may take some weeks as we work on the finer points but the important thing is that it’s completed correctly, in the meantime there will be a dialogue between the club and the RFL to ensure things are progressing.”
The last thing we need are stories saying the business plan is done and in from the club then the RFL saying they haven’t had what they need yet. It’s not good publicity and doesn’t inspire confidence. If we’re to get sponsors, season ticket holders etc then the club needs to look like it knows what it’s doing and not present a prematurely optimistic outlook as when it’s proven to be wrong it looks like amateur hour.
Hopefully this will all be a storm in a teacup and be sorted soon. I do worry though…

| Interesting points I saw in article were need for all three owners to pass fit and proper persons test. Does this imply they all have an equal shareholding as I though just majority shareholder had to pass test. Also comment about RFL possibly looking at another consortium to take club forward, suggests someone waiting in wings should things not proceed with current owners (CC?).

| I can’t see it being Caisley waiting in the wings. Let’s face it his consortium wasn’t prepared to accept the terms the RFL dictated last year (half the sky money/no negotiation on Odsal lease) so why would they do it now? Unless of course the goalposts have moved.
Another reason I doubt it’s Caisley is that in the current climate the SL club are at loggerheads with the RFL. Caisley’s view I suspect would be far more in tune with the SL club owners. I’d be amazed if the RFL approved Caisley given his historic attitude of putting SL clubs above all other forms of RL. It’d be like inviting a hungry lion to a picnic.
I think it must be someone else.
