Most of us on here have paid £10,000's into this club over the years and you come on here with you sarcastic gob telling me I cant moan about the club - I'd say "f*ck off" but I'd get barred - so I'll just think it!

What one thing would I want you ask? - Well beating the worst performing team in the league 2 weeks ago would have been a good start!! - oops there I go again moaning about how $hite the team us - sorry I meant to say our boys did really well against the Rams we were just unlucky with the bounce of the ball on that day - Happy now?

I dont know why I stay part of that particular group on FB there always seems an air of self importance about them

Maybe he should also read previous threads where the majority of us, at the beginning of the season, said we wouldnt judge him too soon, we'd give him chance to settle in and get established; all we wanted was to stay up.

I'm not quite sure I follow you here. Because someone who doesn't know this site can't find a specific thread on it we are 'delusional' about the future of the club?

I think the feedback here has been pretty realistic in that we don't expect an imminent return to the glory days, but that more information from the owners too keep fans in the loop is desperately needed. If AC asks for a direct link to this thread so he can see the feedback from fans himself that had to be a good thing, right?

Im not sure they will be cursing the RFL more the total ineptness that Bradford have been run like. You are right though about the money though, the Fax board stated they would obviously much prefer Bradford to stay up despite what some of our fans think.

Im surprised nobody has questioned how you run a team with some part time players and some full time players. It is simply not possible to make something like that work, the penny will drop with that though at some point. To be fair it does sound as though he has just said what he thinks people want to hear and there has to be a lot of questions about why they seem to be intent on increasing outgoings while all the time incomings are decreasing. A superstore? Expanding Academy, reserves set up, it all costs money that Championship teams cant afford let alone Champ 1 teams and even more so considering its highly likely the Bradford struggle to pay the rent on Odsal so somewhere along the line someone is going to have to stump up some money and my question would be are they good for it?

If as rumoured that franchising is returning in 2019, maybe part of the requirements are to have a reserve team and a better academy than present?

The RFL haven't exactly covered themselves in glory in this whole fiasco either. They vouched for Green and were happy to pass him the reigns of the club and look what happened. They have also done the same with the current owners, perhaps even more suspiciously than the last time. Several bidders were in the press stating that their bids were ignored while the RFL opted for Chalmers and Lowe instead.
If we end up in admin (or worse) again in the near future, the RFL will have some serious questions to answer.

Not just Green, the RFL nobbled Omar Khans bid after accepting him and then reducing monies etc at the last minute and expecting him to still take it. Which he did, and look where that left us.

How do you know incomings are reduced ?
Are you privy to next years sponsorship deals ?

After today's game I've figured out what it is I want.

Forget winning the cup or even avoiding relegation. I'm sick of seeing the exact same thing every week. It doesn't work one week and so we try it again.

On BCB they've been discussing Rochdale tactics to slow things up and to roughbit up. We knew on this forum they were going to do that because everybody does it week in week out. THE PERFORMANCE AND TACTICS DONT CHANGE.

So I suggest that those who haven't already take off their blindfold and thinking were blessed for having a team at all because I'm sick of the argument. Every week the answer is they were bigger than us and that isn't cutting it.

The amount of dropped balls, out of position in defence, clueless in attack; we have been like that all season! These are full-time professional Rugby players, being shown up by part-timers week in, week out.

We seem to be getting worse. So much for the Toovey Bounce.....

Toovey says we missed the off season. That must be where they teach them to catch the ball. Up in Queensbury we taught them that at U8's. As for parttimers we already have one, they only concentrate on rugby Mon - Sat.

Are you as fed up and let down by the performances we see week in and week out? Do you know that more and more fans are deciding to not bother any more? Do you have plans in place to halt this decline? Or is this as good as it gets?

With regard to the penalties, these were not for administration, it was worse than that, the club went into liquidation. The scenario you therefore had was to get permission to join the RFL and operate as Bradford Bulls. It's a weird hybrid situation, and I don't agree with the RFL's actions, but can see where they are coming from: the rest of the clubs who didn't go tits, to whom the continued existence of a Bulls in the league with "no penalty" would seemingly be unacceptable. The fact that by liquidation the whole thing has been crushed, apparently counts for nothing.

We were told that the offer set out was it, mon-negotiable. To me, though, the whole idea of making us start in Champ was clearly just for the RFL's benefit, so as not to screw up the fixtures, or have to deal with a last minute "promotion" to put us where we should have been, C1. That's where you start. That's were very clearly we should have started. And as s completely new company and club, starting from scratch a week before the season, there should have been no way we should have had any points deduction in C1. There would be no logic in doing so.

But the RFL had already decided it was Champ or nowt, and with hindsight that was as fatal a stipulation as it seemed to many ( most? ) of us before a pass was thrown.

I do get why they insist the "rugby debts" are paid, as if you want to play under the same label in the same league, then it's clearly a hard one to swallow for other clubs who were owed money by "the Bulls". Not saying it's logical, but I see it. But ATEOTD we got the RFL out of a hole, including their obligation under the lease for rugby to be played at Odsal.

We are all disappointed at the last 2 months and it is not my aim to suggest everything has been done perfectly, I'm sure some of the mistakes speak for themselves. But it seems to me that just like the RFL holed the OK ship below the waterline, they torpedoed this one.

This incidentally was not a view confirmed by AC at the meeting, he was circumspect preferring I think to just stay neutral on the stipulations, maybe he thought as he can't change it, what would be the point.

Just a final word to mention that for the record we were 8th in the league when OK departed, a million pounds lighter.

Basic common sense really unless you think the opinion on here isnt that of the general population of Bulls fans and suddenly sponsorship for next season has gone up.

It also must have been in the back of the RFL's mind that Bradford could have been in a position to spoil the Toronto party and they wouldnt want that.

I know we have a squad of full time professional players but if we hadn't have had the liquidation and been on a steady footing how many of these players would be in our first team squad.
Yes they are blamed for losing to part timers but many of our team are poor quality or just not ready for first team rugby and would be still unknown to us.
I always found it hard to blame an apprentice or an unskilled person if they made a mistake if they had done their best but they simply weren't up to it. I look at these players in the same way. Most of them probably are at their best but we need them to perform at a level they aren't capable of. They were the ones that were left or are the ones that are not needed at their own team.
