| Quote ="Nothus"Well I hate to add fuel to the fire, but Curtis Naughton leaving despite still having two years to run on his contract would suggest to me that we've sold him.
Why would we sell one of (if not the most) promising youngster on our books, unless we needed the cash.
I refuse to believe that the owners would be so f*cking short sighted that they would do something like this unless they had no choice.
I can't even begin to express how upset/p!ssed off I am right now.'"
I understand that Curtis is following some of his close family over to Oz so wasn't purely a football decision for him.

| Yeah I've heard the same, so I'm slightly reassured that it wasn't a financial issue as far as the club is concerned.
It still doesn't make this any less disappointing though, it's just more bad luck for the club. Typical that our best academy prospect would leave in this fashion, while other clubs see theirs flourish in the first team.

Anyone care to make an educated guess as to what may be the subject of the reported confidentiality agreement entered into by the new owners with Mr Khan or comment on pulsator's speculation above? If it were true that Mr Khan wanted £900,000 to be repaid to him, that could be say £15,000 a month for five years.

What i wrote may of sounded confusing, Omar does not want £900k to be paid to him that is just the figure of debt the club are in, Omar sold the club on for £1 and now the new owners are left with the outstanding debt of £900k lol
Apparently issues with September wages, also on the same grapevine heard that the RFL had to help with August wages and that the OOC players did not get paid,
On another note apparently a fair few of the players dont get on with Franny, and that he shows more interest in the old leeds boys,
Im just stating what ive heard floating about, whether its true or not is a different chapter of the story.

Mr Moore gave assurances regarding the wages so I suspect they were paid.....otherwise we'd have heard from players on social sites.....or maybe it's true that Robbie Paul had to close his twitter account as a condition of him being made CEO

| I think we'd have heard something on twitter by now if the September wages were late. There's been nothing whatsoever.
I can take all these rumours of RFL assistance and players not liking FC with a pinch of salt. They're not supposed to like him - he's their fecking boss!

You mean the hypocrite gutterfax who presents his own opinion as fact because he's desperate to deflect attention away from his club, which is circling the drain?
The same gutterfax that says a director with 13 failed companies is nothing to worry about, because they're a director of his club, but because one of Bradford's owners has had 9 then that makes him massively unsuitable to be in charge?

I think he was referring to the poster who said he's heard on the grapevine that there was a wages issue in September and the RFL were "assisting"...but I am flattered.

Careful now roofy....... they weren't 13 failed companies. They were 2 sports cafes closed as part of a larger acquisition, Harlequins RL changing it's name back to the broncos and 9 full mergers and acquisitions completed by Ian Lenagans company Workplace Systems International Limited

Your guy has closed 9 bars in 7 years and is championed as the leading light in corporate hospitality for the Bradford Bulls V.6. Every single company/Bar/Hotel your new owner has been involved in as a director has dissolved...every single one....
The Director at Harlequins who was also CFO at Workplace Systems International is as far removed from Mr Whitcut as could be possible......and no amount of flapping from you is going to change that.
On the topic of mistaking Opinion for fact....why do you persist with the "13 failed company" stance when it has been shown to you on more than one occasion that this is untrue?
Have the RFL ratified the switch of ownership or are they waiting to see if Bradford will need any FURTHER RFL assistance before the season starts?

I keep saying 13 failed companies because it clearly gets under your skin when people point out your lack of knowledge, idiotic comments and general hypocrisy.
See? This is your hypocrisy. You state that there's perfectly reasonable reasons for the Bronco's director to have 13 failed companies, but there can be no reason other than them being a financial and business disaster for one of the Bulls owner to have 9.

And what does that have to do with anything? Oh that's right, nothing. It's just your attempt at being insulting in an attempt to continue to deflect away from questions that you can't properly answer and to try and move away from your hypocrisy without anyone noticing.
It's very sad that you can't actually defend your hypocrisy and have to go the base and low way of trying to ridicule someone for where they live. But if you really want to go that way, where ARE London going to be playing their home games next season? Assuming there's still a club and you've actually got any players to field.

Bless.
Mr Wright is a long time qualified accountant who was CFO of a multi million pound organisation who happened to be made a director of a RL club because his boss asked him to oversee the club after the RFL decided to make him step away, therefore cutting their own throats when it came to expansion.
Mr Whitcut is a publican who has been involved in 9 start-up and then dissolved ventures in 7 years.
The House where Mr Whitcut registered his directorships is worth 160k. He may not live there, but it is a house and not an office or other type of commercial building. This is not a reflection of him or his choice of hometown, but a further indicator as to the level of business acumen we are dealing with here.
There are irrefutable facts.....but you keep on snowing the issue with claims of my incompetence or personal vendettas.
As for London.....are you that desperate you need to repeat what I already agreed with?

The only thing we seem to agree on is that you have a chip on your shoulder regarding Bradford because the RL community as a whole wanted to see them saved but doesn't seem to give a tinkers cuss about London and you feel that if you shout about a crisis at Bradford that this will some how make it the truth and people's attention will be directed away from the failed club in the capital.

The RL Community as a whole Wanted to see Bradford saved?
The RL community wants is what's best for it's own club...it is what holds the sport back both here in the UK as well as, internationally.....your saved club is thriving now and the RL community must be so collectively happy
BTW. Maybe London wouldn't fail if the RFL bailed us out financially like Bradford

And how exactly did the RFL bail out Bradford? What special help did Bradford get that no other RL club has gotten from the RFL? The answer is... nothing.
And what have London actually done to deserve to be saved? What have they contributed to the sport in this country? Maybe London wouldn't fail if there was any real interest in the sport in the area. Or if the club actually tried to market themselves and encourage new support.
After all, it can't be the super business men in charge. Look at their huge houses, they must be the best BOD in the league. It's the RFL and Bradford's fault that no one cares about London. At least, that seems to be your opinion.

Correct. Travelling to away grounds it was clear the vast majority of RL fans wanted to see the Bulls saved. They recognised that the Bulls large fan base had contributed to the RL economy for decades and as expressed by the Saints CE, was a vital part of a successful sport going forward.
The RFL didn't bail the club out, it attempted and failed to bail out an incompetent board with a 700k loan. Upon fearing the loss of the money they acted to seize the lease on a premise which has subsequently been shown to be untrue. The club entered administration and the actions of the RFL actually made the rescue of the club much more difficult.
If London fail, and I hope they don't, it will be because less than 2k people pay to watch them. It's a pity but it isn't Ryan Whitcut's fault.
Neither Whitcut or Moore have been disqualified as directors and will be asked to present a business case and proof of funds to the RFL. Neither have a record of debts left unpaid or no doubt you'd have found it. The RFL willl make a decision, presumably without reference to you. No amount posts littered with will change that.
