According to sources close, Orford has been really struggling with a sickness bug all week.

Is that a homesickness bug I wonder.

Last I heard, Ox had defo been ill last week, and is gutted he has not been able to play.

Well we'll be the last to know I'm sure. But as it is the club is sticking to that story and while thats the case I hope Orford gets well soon.

Whatever the problem.

Well isn't there some sort of registration window for NRL clubs? I'm sure I read that somewhere that if he signs to play this season it has to be before 30 june?

though personally im not convinced by these stories of homesickness. the only people to make anything of the story is the aus press as the bulls, manly and the player himself have all denied any truth to it.

I continue to be assured that all these rumours are totally baseless, and that even his agent says they are rubbish. And so, on that basis, and as Sam said, whatever illness or injury problem Ox is struggling with I hope he makes a full recovery soon. We need him.

1st 20 we were bloody shocking. tbf we have improved since godwin came on.

Not blaming officials but would love to know how a crusaders player can lose a ball in the tackle and we get penalised for a ball steal yet when situation reversed ref decides our player knocked on. Couldn't see any difference in the 2 incidents



where on earth were both reardon and nero for crusaders first try? both went missing yet again. our saving grace may be crusaders losing thomas to injury.

Not good, but at least we improved as the half went on, hope we can carry on that improvement in the second half.

Ref has done us no favours once again and a couple of his incorrect decisions cost us points. I had to laugh when he said will you stop questioning every one of my decisions, if he got the decisions right in the first place then no one would need to question them.

Halley high tackled when trying to get out if in goal and then dragged back across the line by his neck.
Reardon dragged into touch, why do they bother making rules if the refs don't apply them = next set Crusaders scored.

Lets hope the ref evens things up in the second half but doubt it will happen.

im sure the first try was forward, getting ball ripped out and saying we knocked it on, not standing square when in front of our posts and we were. crusaders constantly offside but never pulled for it.
thats just a few what ive noticed.

those were the two incidents I was refering to. wheres the consistency? and that late tackle call on koppy was pedantic to say the least. We need to start 2nd half well as if crusaders score early we'll be in big trouble.

its as though this ref is picking the smallest stupid things to pull us for just because its on sky. think hes just trying to make himself look good.

bulls not going to owt this season if these officials carry on. just what the rfl want, for the smaller teams to win something to make it more interesting.
