As for Year Ends...its not quite like that for me in what I do - and at the moment mine is June (go ask Bradford Badger about December year ends - talking to him reminds me how Christmas and New Year are abolished when you work for a US multinational like I did a few years ago!). But the loading is of a different nature, and I can't remember many days off (including weekends) for weeks now! Still, pays the bills I guess!
