The only option would appear to be Kearney to 6, and someone like Platt (or Kear if fit) for Full Back

If Diskin fancies an 80 min stint vs Doncaster then Addy can certainly cover the halves.

Trying to summon up the Rugby Gods and ask them for a bit of breathing space, not holding out much hope however.

Bateman is another option if Addy is spelled at hooker if Disko doesn't do full 80. Would rather see Bateman at 13 though.

Doubt Windley or Elliot will gte a call-up. Maybe a shot at Doncaster but not at Hudds.

I agree that if an U20 or U18 is going to get a shot it'll be versus Dons and not Hudders.

Having seen Windley play he looks quite skilful but a bit lightweight. Naughton looks good but that's in the U18s. Not sure about Marcus Elliot.

Finding it hard to believe a club could be so unlucky with injuries over recent years? Is it possibly conditioning or training that is compounding our problems. And does anyone know if other clubs have similar injury problems

According to the man himself it wasn't the ipitch which caused the injury. Seems quite put out by those who think it was.

What I'm taking from this is that Sammut understands the fans passion for the game and that we are behind the team but most of all that the guy is a total jinx...

There normally is a team that has a lot of injuries over a 12-18 month period, Wigan had it in 2005-2006, Hull had it over the last couple of years with Leeds and Saints having periods recently of having a lot of injuries. I think it it is the Bulls turn with the injury jinx now.

However I think that the more injuries you have the better you seem to be. If you make the top 8 you've had a fabulous season all things considered.

a lot of people were saying we needed to stay injury free to make the 8. That might well be the eventual case but right now we keep trooping on.

If we are still in the 8 at the end of may with all the players we have been missing i will be ecstatic, and the players we get back can only improve what i think is a great run considering everything that is going on.

Luke Gale looks likely to miss the Huddersfield game this sunday, but could be back for the cup game against Warrington next week. Hopefully he can fill the gap left by Sammut, and isn't Elliot Kear due back soon too?

Seem to remember us winning a GF on the back of a run of early season injuries and poor form, then Hendo arrived coupled with Big Les and Shonny back from injury and away we went. Not saying we have the same quality as then to do it, but if the injury crisis has lessend by the end of June and the Clubs future is looking settled then who knows
