Tough! Most fans I've spoken to, from a variety of clubs, are all in favour of what's been done. As am I. I don't see why any account should be taken of a small subset of fans, whatever happens is never going to please everyone!

If it wasn't for the fact that the Bulls do have a strong Fan base this resolution for SLE to buy the Club would not be happening. As has been mentioned the SL Chairmen are hard nosed Businessmen who realise that he Bulls terminating would see a dramatic loss of revenue and loads of negative publicity. The plans they've come up with to satifisy them, is to continue keeping the Club as a going concern and hopefully find a buyer who will pay of the outstanding debts to stay in SL or failing that demoting the Club down one tier (any more than that not worth it) and if enough momentum re results early on next season a Buyer can be found that way.

What else are they going to do with the ground in the short term? Where are the other potential tenants? How long would it take the RFL to sell the lease?

If the Bulls are going to be expelled from SL and relegated to the Championship, the new club is going to need a lot of technical support and expertise from the RFL to get back up and running. Particularly if its supporter owned. It doesnt make any sense to go to the trouble of buying the Bulls if all they're trying to do is just to see the club through to the end of the season. It would be pointless to do what they are doing and then kill off a fledgling new club by charging unrealistic rent for the stadium.

I expect they'll come up with a new sub lease with the rent linked to attendances.

I agree that's the logical thing to do and long term would provide the bulls with the best platform to rebuild so how could it possibly not happen...

The cynic in me says the RFL might just get fed up of being painted as the bad guys and say "right we can better spend our money supporting other clubs and not get the vocal minority criticising every step we take to support the bulls". Maybe it's just because the vocal minority are the larger part of posters on here but as seen a few posts earlier there is wider support for saving the bulls and occasionally I allow myself to see a little light.

I don't know who SL(E) Ltd will appoint as directors of Bradford Bulls Holdings Ltd (when/if the Administrator sells SL(E) a 100% stake in the Bulls). Whoever they are, they should be very worried. Continuing to trade whilst clearly insolvent could make those individuals personally liable for all the debts.

Bad idea. The Adminstrator should just have been left to liquidate the Bulls immediately with the RFL giving the two points to Bulls' forthcoming opponents in the last few SL games.

The directors of a Bulls club owned by SLE will probably the best protected directors in SL.

This whole affair smacks of deceit, lies and back room secret meetings. The day of reckoning will come and a few people will bee seen for what they really are, RFL included, Why is BG taking so long to decide!!!

The truth will manifest itself and with it, the anonymity of the key protagonists revealed.

The one thing the Clubs would possibly not want is Bradford in the Playoffs for there own fiscal reasoning. By delaying the signing SLE would ensure Mick is on a plane for Oz sap, that as far as they're concerned would stop the Bulls Charge as Mick is pivotal to that happening. This is Conspiracy No## in the List!

As mentioned on earlier posts Potter's employment at the Bulls ceased some time ago under Guilfoyle's redundancy actions and his Visa to work in the UK ceased at the same time.
I do not know the regulations pertaining to Potter's rights to stay in the UK otherwise, but suspect there is a time limit between the loss of his employment contract with the Bulls (under which he gained his work Visa) and the time he he must leave the UK.
