| How about the people in the club shop actually providing a service? After all, after paying 60 quid for a shirt then being charged a ridiculous £5.80 for delivery, you would think that they would want to provide a quick service.
Also, it would be nice if they took the time to reply to an e-mail enquiry about said shirt.
Obviously we must have more fans than I thought given how busy they must be.
Crap service.

Still no joy.
Seeing as the club seem incapable of replying to e-mails, maybe a bit of shaming on here is required.
I am unsure that the club can afford to miss out on my annual revenue for shirt sales but that will be the outcome if they do not improve their service considerably.
It seems that improvement is needed off the field at Odsal as well as on it.

I spoke to someone earlier that was not from the shop but she was very helpful to be fair. She was none too pleased with the scenario and will sort it for me.
Take a bow Miss Sharon Stephenson.

| I know why the club do it, but can we please not play in the away kit for a home game?
I have no idea which we'll turn out in tomorrow, but could we please have the home kit for a home game??
(i know its hardly the most important thing but it bugs me)

| It's possible they were just promoting the new kit but both of Hull KR's kits are similar colours.
There's the orange and black thing that makes them all look like they work at B&Q warehouse. Otherwise they play in red and white.
Blue would have been the best contrast with either I suppose.

Promoting the kit was my first thought. New season, new kit so give it a viewing in the opening game even it it is the away kit. I seems a little churlish to bag the club for doing an obvious promotion, after all not everyone goes to the away games and so those people are unable to see the strip in the flesh.

| I`m sure the club stated a few weeks ago that pre match was gonna be better than ever, its got worse, dont even get bullman in a truck anymore.
Kids thought we`d get stilt walkers, fire eaters, face painters, bouncy castles etc like we used to have, but we`ve got a lad who walks round with a bin bag handing out a free lollipop.
Wheres the kids karaoke, bucking bull, bungee run etc.
Kids go early just incase they are there, but then are bored before match even kicks off, then when it does they just swing on the barriers, knocking my beer over.

They'd be fine if the echo disappeared. It's difficult to understand anything from the popular side.

Yeah it was great to see. Shame I'd just had a huge lunch. I'll be trying it out at the next home game.

Please turn off the awful 80s music. Got there early because of the roadworks and was tortured musically. Does our music sponsor provide the music? not the best advert IMO
Curry stand was good - had a samosa and a bhaji which I struggled to finish the portion was that large

| 100 red balloons, 100 amber balloons and 100 black balloons all a fiver per 100 on ebay.
15 quid to add a bit of colour on matchday isn't that bad. Can burst them all when Bulls run on the field too... get some noise back at Odsal, as well as colour.
I'm deffo gonna bring a few balloons myself to St Helens

| With flags and balloons and other items, maybe these should come from the supporters, a la Middlesbrough's [url=http://www.twe12thman.co.uk/index.html'Twe12th Man'[/url. Though not sure it's working too well for Boro!

Shove 'em up yer Jumper. . Or, if you have car flags, take them into the ground. What's happened to the big flag over the popular terrace pre-match?

| Could the club offer free coach travel to the Salford Game on Friday as a way of reaching out to the fans? Get in touch with a coach firm to offer "discounted" rates to the club in exchange for some "free" advertising hoarding space around the ground or in the programme?
It could increase away support for the team on Fri, could generate a bit of good will between the club and the currently suffering fans - probably would not actually cost the club much as I doubt there would be a huge take up anyway so only a couple of coaches might be needed- but the club still gets a PR bonus and positive coverage in the media probably and a small away following bump for not much outlay, depending on any deal with the coach company.
Even if the club had to stump up for a couple of coaches out of its own pocket due to no deals with the coach company and only charge a quid or some such deal as a one off? The fans seem at a really low ebb with events at the club and maybe the club needs to try new ways of the fans feeling they are part of a feel good club again.
They could even than couple it to the free flag with a coach seat trick?
Just a random thought...

How about offering a free coach with pick up points around Bradford to get people to the home games.
