Not at all! Players come and go all the time, and fine player though Lynch is, if we are to be brutal, how much worse than the Warrington game could we get if he was absent?

Anyway I've learned over the years that the most unexpected outcomes can materialise from controversial or even apparently insignificant sales and acquisitions. You never know in this game.

And above all - if a player wants to go - (and in his case, i would hope he doesn't) then there is no use, at all, in trying to keep him, whoever he is.

If Lynch is available and with Cayless in his last season at Saints I would hope that we are interested. A fine prop forward and one that the Bulls should be desperate to keep hold of.

That would be up to them. But it would be specifically caught under the Salary Cap Operational Rules if they did. (Rule 5.2.1(c) )

I hope we can keep him but I feel he'll want to be somewhere he can win trophies and further his international career.

Maybe Lynch would pick up less knocks and injuries if Macca stopped playing him for 70 mins every game. We do have other Props (one thing we can do at the Bulls, bring through Forwards). We all know what it did to Fielden. It would also make him more effective while he is on the pitch.

Every man and is dog knows he signed for Cas wanted to come at the start of the season but Bulls would not let go from is contract and even now there doing best to keep him by making him Captain on Friday.

He Cas through and through and never wanted to leave in the first place.

He`s not signed for cas at all, they are favourites but at this moment he hasnt signed for anyone for next season.

So why did he? Noone forced him surely?

Local Cas lad, cas fan, still lives in Cas, probably only left as they were relegated, out of contract end of the year, one of the top three props in the league (and he and his agent know it) we're playing poop, Cas are playing exciting rugby and making great strides forward, Cas have a new ground immenent and are defo going to be in the playoffs and are looking good for the next few years....

....and anyone would be surprised to see him in a Cas shirt next year??

Lynch is a great Bradford player who has improved whilst here and never given anything less than 100%. Im sure we want to keep him and I'm sure we're trying to tie him down to a new deal. But going back to Cas will be a huge draw IMO, more so than Leeds and Wigan. And if he does go he'll go with my best wishes for being a great player, hopefully he stays but it wont surprise or upset me if he doesnt. One position we might stand a decent chance of covering/recruiting for next year would be prop, we'll miss Lynch but we'll get over it.

All still rumour at this stage mind.

Like who. We thought Scruton could replace big Joe but that's not happened.

I never thought scruton would replace Joe, he was and still should be a good signing as a rotation prop, but impact prop in the Joe mode that we needed and still need he aint. He seems to be suffering from the malise within the squad and I suspect we'll see better from him when the team play better but he might not be one to lead that improvement.

Nah, you can't ever replace a player like Big Joe, they're one offs, you just have to move on and do something else, and hope one day you get lucky like that again.

No, he still could have stayed if he was that loyal to them.
