Bloody awful first half. Dont know what I'm most frustrated with... the performance or the fact we couldn't see how bad they were due to poor live stream!!!

I know its first half of the first game, but we have not looked good in any game I've seen since Swinton friendly.

If Kear is happy with the squad he is either lying or deluded. I've got a strange feeling it's the later.

He might have had a great career but the way he plays is outdated and we will struggle whilst he is in charge.

League 1 should have walked it... needed a league structure change to get up, and even then it was a struggle.

Messed up a Challenge Cup run and league campaign with a squad decent enough to challenge.

Decent players have left under his watch and replaced by others just not good enough.

It's going to be a long season!!!

Attitude is a bigger concern for me. Sheffield arent a 6 try in 40 minutes better team than us on paper. With the missed goal kicks, personal pride should have come in to keep them out for the last two minutes, at 20-0 down at HT we may have glimmer of hope to stay in the game. But we then conceded Two trys. How can we have such a poor attitude for the opening game of the season. We should have been bouncing on our toes for this game.

Lucky ref has favoured us this half. First half sounded like every 50/50 decision went against us. This half looks like he's felt sorry for us and given us everything.
