Hate going to the KC, always seems to be an evening game too. Would be incredibly happy with a win. At least the ref wont be childs

A massive improvement will be needed with regards to ball retention on Friday when we travel over to the KC stadium for what is usually a tough hard close fought game between two of Super League's perennial underachievers of recent seasons.

Looking forward to my first trip to the KC though, but as others have said major improvements need to be made for us to win. But confident that we can and come away with 2 points

We really need to go back to basics, and this week we must work on our sliding defence, its terrible.

As much as id love to say bradford. I just think we are too inconsistent to go saying we should win. It will be a very tough game and hull are a team under pressure. Which is not good for us. I think there game vs us will be must win or agar will defo be gone. I just think hull will win this one. Hope not but just have a bad feeling about it. Ill be there regardless

I think we can win this one. Hull are very indifferent this year and if we can defend like we did against cas then we could well win.

i really think hull will bounce back this week. against a big hull pack you need what we have lacked, a good kicking game. i believe we are a better team, but they will be up for this so we need to keep turning them around!

I think we have a very good chance of winning this, especially with Long out and O'Meley both out! I always enjoy the trip to hull even if its only for a good laugh at the idiots in the corner arguing and fighting amongst themselves!

Should be going there with confidence. As has been mentioned two key areas are ball retention and defence. Can't remember a game when we've handled the ball well!

Would be good to see Heath and Langley back. Need them two in defence.

Connor said earlier when I asked him that Heath looked good for Friday but Briggs is another couple of weeks off now. And he knew of no fresh injuries until the players go back to training tomorrow. Let's hope there's no fresh ones.

Matt will confirm this in that I said four weeks ago that Briggs wouldn't play before the Salford game.

Halley will be back for the Warrington game.

If Paddy, Raynor & Ainscough are fit he won't be playing.

Its funny how you lot are talking about your sliding defence when we are having the same trouble with ours. should be a good game on friday with hopfully a good crowd, as you lot usually bring a lot.



Chav corner has all but gone now that the club have made the east stand all reserved. The east stand looks empty now as they have all shifted to the west and south stands.

Obst and horne play well together so dont be fooled by Longy not playing as Obst has played well at 7 for us.

from that article sounds like langley will miss a few games too. Not sure if raynor would get in 17 even if he is fit. who you gonna drop to accomodate him? ah van and ainscough are both in good form at moment. suspect we'll see pretty much same 19 as last week with o'brien coming in for addy.

Pretty much what I'm thinking.

Only way would be Ah Van into centres (where he's less effective) and Walker into second row. Can't see that happening as none of our backrowers deserve dropping and Ah Van is doing well on the wing.
