I asked him that question and he said he hadn't finalised his plans yet for the weekend as to how he wants to play the two games, but I feel the hint was that on Friday we'll see the Grand Final winning team of the future with maybe one or two big name players thrown in to help Keighley get a good turnout.

Yeh i just think Herbert and Briggs need as much time as possible together. And with 2 games to go i can see them featuring in both. Wheres Kearney been anyway??? Not see him yet!

Can see many playing both games next week. Final time they be able to get a match together before leeds so need to play

I know they need time together, and the halves will definitely be more likely to play 2, but we don't want to risk injury or knackering them too much before Cardiff!

There is no question about in that the game next Sunday against Wakefield has to be the starting XIII that will start against Leeds at Cardiff.

Playing people in two games will do more harm than good despite the need to give everyone more game time.

Same here. But wouldnt make sense to play them once together next week before leeds. They both i imagine will be the starting 6 and 7 in cardiff

I doubt Mick Potter will play any players twice next weekend. Obviously there are certain players who need time on the pitch (Kearney, Briggs/Herbet) but I feel 2 games in 3 days maybe a bit too much.

I expect our reserve/academy side will be used on Friday and I'd expect them to carry on where they left off today.

Given our squad depth, there's no need for anyone to do double duty.

I would agree that it's likely to be academy/fringe players vs Keighley with the likely team to face Leeds being named for the Wakefield game.

Probably will be close but think keighley fans will be worried if they don't win this one

As a Keighley fan, I would have been confident of winning this if we had not lost both our halfbacks and coach in the close season.

As it stands, I think we are a "work in progress".
