I know the game is next week, but how should we go about this one?

Out of the 11 losses in a row only one has been one real hammering, that being the game at Odsal, where we were totally outclashed by Huddersfield to the tune of 52-6 in the rain.

I would like to think that we could keep this up at what will be our last ever game at Knowsley Road.

I think the following:

St Helens: Loss by 14-16

Wakefield: Win by 2-4

Wigan: Loss by 6-8

On current form we'll do well to keep both Saints and Wigan under 60 points. We might, MIGHT scrape a win against Wakefield but if we play like we did yesterday then we will probably lose that one too.
That will then take our losing streak to 14, meaning we will have played over half a season without picking up a win. Good times.

Hopefully Potter will give us a helping hand

It's going to be interesting to see how the club press next season with so many current season pass holders saying that they've had enough.

I'm not seeing anything other than a Saints win. The margin of victory will be entirely dependent on the outcome of the Challenge Cup Semi-Final.

Put it this way, if Saints lose to Leeds we will get mullered. Fact.

Can't help being cynical but all I can see is us breaking a record for each of the next three games (12 on the trot, 13 etc), possibly finishing the Home season with a Hammering by Wakey. God help us when we play Wigan. Too many Players who had no pride during the season now realising they are out of a Job and too thick to realise they are still in the shop window! Ah well I'll buy a hip flask for the Wakey game to drown my sorrows at Asda prices!

I'll hold my hand up and say that he did ok at Craven Park the other week.

He's pretty much in the same mould as Ian Smith which I like.

The only problem I have with Thiery is that he can't ignore the pressure from the supporters like the other referee's.
