Will there be a squad announced before the game?

I don't really feel like making the trip over and paying out £12 for an academy game

I'm given to understand that apart from the Ox and Beaver eveyone else will play at some point during the match unless any niggles flare up during training this week.

Of more concern is will there be a match? such is the weather for the coming week.

I don't suppose there's any sort of radio coverage of this match is there?

Since the person I go to games with doesn't drive, and I don't think I'll be in a fit state to drive before midday on Saturday, I highly doubt I'm going to get to this game (barring some sort of christmas hangover miracle on boxing day morning), but would like to at least listen on the radio if possible.

AFAIK Ox, Kopzcak & Langley won't be playing. I'm going to try and get there, but if the weather stays like this, surely the match will be called off ?

I'd be surprised if donaldson plays too. surely he'll be going back up to cumbria xmas day and cant see them making him travel back down for a midday kickoff.

Our first taste of Robert Hicks (his father was too) so expect an all out brawl for good measure.

Can you not at least wait until the season starts to begin blaming the referees? In fact, even better, could you just, well, not?

Here here if I pay good money only for the referee to ruin the game I'll moan about it till the cows come home sunshine.

What Cas tend to do is name a pretty good squad to get people to turn up. Then on game day alot of the senior members of the squad drop out due to 'illness' and the kids play.

TBF To MG ,we had Mr Hicks in our brief stay in NL1 and he wasn't very good but as you infer llets give the guy a chance
