Wants McNamara to stay ?

What and absolute Joke he is. He has turned the Bulls into a laughing stock. 4 years ago we were world champions.

If you support him and want him to stay for next year lets see a case put where the rest of us realise that the pain we are going for is worth it. I've heard the points about the youth e.t.c but I'll keep saying this....with the current squad should we be in the position we are in now?

i guess my issue is if he can't get the best out of seasoned professionals how on earth is he going to develop the youth that is our future?

I guess this thread is about who wants him to stay, we already have one for who should replace him.

We cant sack Macca because of all the good work he's done behind the scenes and we cant sack him because we will never sign anymore good juniors and our players will never re-sign for us if Macca is fired.

I think a major problem is that many people consider 'Who should we get in?' and 'Should SM go?' to be unrelated questions. But unless X will do a better job than SM, why get rid of SM? So you need an X and you need to have good reason to think he'll do a better job than SM.

I think some of you don't appreciate what a big move replacing the head coach would be at this point in the club's lifetime. Got to get it right, so that means giving due consideration to both sides of the equation.

TBH i think that my position on this has been very clear. Please don't get me wrong i have never wanted him sacking for the sake it. My argument has always been that he isn't up to the job and as more and more time passes it's becoming more and more clear that he isn't. Nothing more would have pleased me than being wrong and we would be on the up but in truth we aren't. So I will say again it's time for Mr McNamara to be removed from his role.

John Lang would be a very good coach. Would get the respect from the players, has vast experiance and has won the NRL with Penrith.

IMO that argument is a load of tosh. So whats the course of action we just let things get even worse just because the new man might do no better even though the incumbent has shown he's not up to the job.

Who's the guy? Why have you so little confidence that a fair argument can be made that he will do better?

What gives you the thought that he can do better and how long do we wait if he can't.

Can't you understand that we are building the future. It doesn't matter where we are on the table anymore, what matters is we are building a future.

It doesn't matter that the players are not performing like they should, but they will one day, you just need to keep the faith.I mean who wants to be world champions and S/L champions anyway, that's boring rugby.

No one could understand why Warrington had a great team on paper but never produced the results.
