| I'm assuming Sunday's game is in serious doubt looking at the current weather forecast. Snow joke.

| Pitch is covered. Depends on whether they can clear access routes from entrances. I wouldn't be surprised if we were all put in the main stand and the terraces closed.

As much as it makes sense, it would once again anger those who've paid more in order to sit in that stand. Understandable why the club would do it, but also understandable why those people would be annoyed.

I got a response from the Bulls last night on twitter basically confirming this is what will happen.
I still can't see it going ahead though.

Dont think there was much "anger" last time. Makes sense, keeps people safe, helps get game on, makes more noise etc etc. Do it.

That shouldn't happen as they are bolted down but if I do see someone walking out with one under their arm I will ask them where they got it from

| Makes good sense, imo. I can't see many complaining if it gets the game on. Sod 'em is my opinion, speaking as a seat ticket holder - though, woe betide anyone trying to sit in my little matchday kingdom!

Do we actually have any covers? thought they disappeared in one of previous admins. Even if it is covered won't it be frozen due to temperatures never getting above freezing?

| Simon Parker has tweeted to say them game can go ahead as it is, pitch playable and snow ploughs are standing by to clear the entrances. Biggest worry is snow, forecast for later.

| Think I'll be waiting to see if they open terrace beofre making a decision over going. I must be one of few people who consider being moved into stand as a downgrade. Much prefer watching rugby standing. I always feel colder sat down and having idiouts constantly wanting to get past for beer/toilets and people in front constantly bouncing up and down like their on a pogo stick trying to see just annoys me. If we're moved to stand I'll just watch on live stream. Club no worse off as Im a season ticket holder and they've already got my money.

| Bulls 19 man squad. Liam Kirk & Ross Oakes return.
Bustin, Chisholm, Crossley, Flanagan, Garside, Gibson, Grant, Hallas, Keyes, Kirk, McNally, Milton, Minchella, Oakes, Peltier, Pickersgill, Ryan, Smith, Wood.
Shame to see Vila dropped as I think he's had a great start to the season. Lets see what Flanagan can offer.

According to Mick:
Liam Johnson (shoulder) and Vila Halafihi (dead leg) will both miss the game against the London Skolars on Sunday. Matt Garside, Liam Kirk and Ross Oakes all return.

| I'd go with...
McNally
Ryan
Gibson
Oakes
Grant
Keyes
Chisholm
Crossley
Hallas
Kirk
Garside
Minchella
Milton
Bustin
Flanagan
Peltier
Pickersgill
Wood & Smith to miss out, although I still think Kear will squeeze Lee Smith in somewhere.

I'd go with the same side but replace Pickersgill with Wood. Go with 3 forwards on the bench plus the hooker. Having said that, Pickersgill provides good cover in case we want to protect Chisholm a bit more.

| I don't think we'll go in with no half back cover. In fact, I think Pickersgill will start with Chisholm coming off the bench again.
No need to make Chizzy do the full 80 minutes just yet - it's a game we should win comfortably without needing to stack the bench with props

I can. There are better options.
Hallas & Flanagan are far better players than Halafihi. I think some people are getting carried away with the fact he had a couple of decent games against some sub standard opposition.
Whilst I accept you don't drop in-form players, I wouldn't count a good game against West Wales in a thrashing as reason to keep your place over a much better player, which IMO the other two hookers are.
As another example, Brandon Pickersgill has been playing well. But when Chisholm is fully fit, would anyone really want Brandon to keep his place over Dane, unless Dane came back in terrible form?

| The club have just sent the following email:
Quote The Bradford Bulls can confirm that there will be a pitch inspection tomorrow morning at 9:00am ahead of the game against the London Skolars at Odsal on Sunday.
The pitch inspection will be carried out by the match referee Tom Crashley.
Despite the snow and freezing conditions that have affected Bradford in the lead up to this weekend’s game, the Bradford Bulls are incredibly confident that the playing surface will pass the 9:00am pitch inspection.'"

I think we're going to need a few more shovels...

So according to you York were sub standard opposition proves to me either you nothing about RL or don't attend matches, or Halafifi some how wronged you

I was referring to Keighley & West Wales.
I saw the York game via the stream. He was OK, nothing more. And that was largely because he's a nippy player going against a few fat lads in York's pack. Just because he's found his level against C1 sides doesn't mean he deserves a place over 2 better hookers.
He hasn't "wronged me" at all. I don't know the kid. People who do know him say he's a right nice lad, and I'm sure he is. But that doesn't make him a good RL player, and I don't rate him. I do rate Hallas & Flanagan.
Edit: Actually let me correct that. 3 better hookers. Because I think Reiss Butterworth is better than him too. And Butterworth's very promising development could potentially be stifled by picking Halafihi ahead of him.
