Steady for 18mins. 12-0 up. Then an intercept try off a Purtell pass a possible forward pass try and then the most obvious in touch ever is missed by the touch judge and Sheffield score in the corner.

No line speed and no threat in attack again for the last 22mins. Sheffield making cheap yards and offloading far too much.

On Bcb sounds like an improvement but we still sound crap getting turned over by shef.

Lowes needs sacking if we suffer a heavy defeat today

Sheffield are coughing up lots of possession, but we can't do anything with it. Then Sheffield manage 1 offload in a dangerous area & score. All of our main players from last season have lost form or confidence or something.

I blame the fans

Of course lowes will be an other bad day at the office again how many time have w heard that, having 40 put on us by Sheffield (no offence) is not good enough, quantity over quality in this club.

Lowes need getting rid of otherwise we are going to continue to slip away dire.

Sounds really abject again like we really can't be bothered and we have looked like that most of the year tbh.

Clearly all the unrest around the tea lady has unsettled the team

About time the players got their head from up their ar5e5 and realise they are in this league because they deserve to be and that they are going to have to fight if they want to get out of it.

First thirty minutes or so, one of our better performances for a while. Purtell threw a line ball, interception and score. Everything fell apart from there on.

Disgraceful performance. Clueless in attack, pathetic in defence.

If Lowes is still head coach tomorrow then there is something seriously wrong.

Oh, and don't post comments like that on the Bulls Facebook page or they'll ban you from posting as they have done to me. Because apparently these full time professional players don't like it pointed out that they play worse than the under 8's that come out at half time. The poor, delicate little flowers that the players are.

Not even angry anymore. Just sad. Sheffield have been poor all season and were one try away from shipping 50 passed us.

Lowes has completely lost it.

First 15 mins - workmanlike, not grEat, but looked well in control, and scored the two tries ominously comfortably.

Then, Purtell gifts them a try with a complete brainfart, and it was like he'd lobbed a grenade into all their brains. That was it. From then on, we started off at the bottom of Shambles Hill, and did our best to climb all the way to the summit.

What's the problem?

1. We aren't good enough to play in this league. The players we have are, individually, but the combination of selections, tactics and on-field leadership is so bad that it consistently makes them look like clowns.

2. We have spells where we just lose every collision, and even opposition as poor as the Sheffields, Batleys, Dewsburys and Halifaxes of this world are made to look like attacking juggernauts, making 70 or 80 meters easily every set. EVERY set.

3. When in the opposition 30 (as we were for our fair share of the game) we look almost totally devoid of ideas. Any of the SL teams we saw on TV this weekend would have from that position score hatfuls against Sheffield, yet we never challenge the defence. We just stole up several one man plunges, and either mess up along the way, or else have some sort of last-play panic attack that invariably ends in tears. What do we practice? HAVE we got ANY moves? We could have been in Sheffield's 10 for several hours and not scored. WHAT IS THAT ALL ABOUT? Did we force a single second set of six or a dropout? Against SHEFFIELD?

4. If we make a mistake, that's it. We are supposed to have some pace, but actually haven't. Every time we gifted yet another length-of-the -field attack to Sheffield, we looked woefully slow. In fact, we were made to look like fools, like second-rate mugs.

I didn't boo, but if the players think that was good enough then they are mad. It was a total and utter shambles.

Unfortunately, for me that was Lowes's last chance. I believe he'll be gone by Monday. If he's not, then we are royally fscked. He clearly has to take the responsibility for the abject level of our performances in the last several hours of rugby, and despite the criminal failure to play with a scrum-half, a decent coach should not have his team serving up dross after dross after dross like Lowes is doing.

The club is dying on its feet, and pis=#FFFFFF[size=5.[/sizesing off the diehard support, and it can't go on. The trouble is, I think it is too late whatever they do now.

If you're a man Jimmy Lowes you'll do the decent thing.

I have just emailed the hygiene department at Bradford Council warning them of an expected breach of hygiene laws in the local Coop window due to the Bulls losing to Sheffield today.
We should all demand a picture as evidence from a certain Bulls supporter to prove he has done what he said he would do if we lost. I also believe this supporter should put his son up for immediate adoption as punishment for a certain act he carried out (very professionally I should say) today at Odsal resulting in four points being added to the Sheffield score.

That was one of the worst defensive performances I've ever seen at odsal.

Frustrated?angry?dejected?

Very simply all I feel is we have to change something. Starting NOW!!

Also did anyone else see Ferres losing it at Thaler at the tunnel at half time!!

Looked like a man on the edge!!

Had his finger about an inch from Thaler's face as they entered the tunnel and I don't think what he was saying was check out my finger!!

Absolute shambles of a game today. Had Sheffield been even slightly on form, we would have had even more put past us. As it was, they didn't need to show anything much to make us look like complete amateurs. Our final play of the set is totally uninspiring, with little imagination in the kicking; our players are being busted by enthusiastic opposition attackers ( Caro pushed out of the way like a 10 year old for example ); errors all round, leading to break down of attacking plays; one man forward driven rugby rumbling up the middle as per the past 5 games; and an all round impression of complete lack of enthusiasm.
All this with SOME of our injured players back. What's worrying is that I can't see the situation improving any with the others fully fit.
Something's clearly wrong with this team, as they have added to their playing compliment since last season, but they are just not playing as a cohesive team with a winning mentality. Subsequently, we're making other teams look much better than they are. I really don't subscribe to the notion that teams in this division have improved immeasurably ( with respect to both full time and part time teams ) to the extent that they're able to roll us over with apparent little problem.
Positives ? I find very little to be upbeat about when watching the team. Even the crowd were very quiet today, and only the Sheffield supporters made any atmosphere at all.
Supporting this team is now beginning to become a chore, and i'm a die-hard fan of over 20 years.

Utterly clueless today. Yet again we came up with more suicidal individual errors that cost us points. Maybe it's time to pull the plug on Lowes.

Green and Ferres headed straight to the changing rooms after the game. Perhaps to tell the squad that JL will be gone in the morning?

Lowes is done..if he truly puts the club first he will resign.
