At the end of the George confirmation possibly 5 extra players to be announced for next year and some even confirmed before next week?

Who have we heard linked irrespective of strength or likelihood of them signing?

They are the main names (to be new signings not heard anything other than T and a for re-signings), that I have heard mentioned a few times and not always on here. any more?

Blythe I believe and also Gaskell. But do we really need to sign Bosc and Anasta, who are both stand offs, and a full back, when we already have Kearney? I suppose Anasta can play in the second row.

Well FC has said he wants to hold on to Blythe and Evans. So I guess that means 3 actually new faces if we manage to get them signed up. I'd imagine we'd be after 1 if not 2 centres, depending on Purtell. We've an overseas spot open with Lulia leaving. I'd hope we'd be getting in someone who can play back up to 6 or 7 if Addy is leaving. A LF if we're losing Addy, Langley and Donaldson and maybe a mongrel like 2nd rower a la Elima to add a bit of bite to the pack.

Think Blythe and Evans sound like possibilities but got the impression we could have 5 this week and those were a few weeks off being finalised. Could be wrong.

Anasta would be a marquee signing for any club in the league and is under contract for next year at Wests. Could not see them letting him leave at same time they are going to lose Marshall.

Would think we need a centre and just squad players, Gaskell as been mentioned can also play 6/7 aswell as centre so if addy is going I would be after him still young, still think we need a seasoned prop even if we keep Evans, hopefully donno stays but if not we want a loose forward, think our 2nd row is covered with olbison, bateman, roberts and ferguson with maybe a centre who can fill in, all depends If donno signs if not we are looking if he does we can strengthen other areas.

Bosc would be a great cover but we need a mongrel like has been said either at prop or LF.

Not sure but Carvell impresses me everytime i see him. Great pick up, just what our pack needs.

Is one of them gonna be Keith Senior as Asst Coach?

I'm not sure the Bosc, Sarginson and Bailey rumours are right.

Would welcome that, also saw a tweet that was sent to the bulls asking is senior had signed up, not sure about as a player but could work as a coach this leeds link is starting to take the Mick a little bit, but as long as we start winning I couldn't give a stuff.

I think if we manage to get Blythe and Evans again for next season it will probably be loan deals again. The only alternative would be if Wire couldn't fit even half their wage under the cap and so decide to let them leave - perhaps for a nominal fee.
I think Evans would be far more reluctant to leave Wire than Blythe would, due to Rhys being at the club still. By all accounts Matty loved it at Bradford, and being older than Ben he will be more desperate for regular first team action, which he will get here.

Rumours suggest we're after - or have already signed - someone from the Broncos. I only mention Melling's name because I know he's ooc and I could see FC using him as cover for the backs. Kaufusi's name has been mentioned on here as one to sign, and I think he would do ok. But he's under contract until the end of 2014 so that could make things tricky. An additional point on Kaufusi, I might be wrong but I'm almost certain he played the full 80 minutes for London at the weekend. Perhaps this is why he isn't anywhere near as effective now as he was earlier in the season. If we get him and play him in shorter spells then he could be quite an effective prop I think.

Can't see us getting Anasta or Hodgson, and FC has flat out denied any approach for Bosc. I believe him.

Maybe Bosc's agent approached Franny? So he won't have told a lie, just been a little short on the actualité....

Along with Ferguson and George; Gaskell and Kaufusi are two players I admire and would've hand picked given the chance.

Throw in Jean Philippe Baile and I'm worried Francis Cummins is actually inside my head.

How about bousquets I know we haven't been linked but I'm sure he is ooc and he is abit of a beast with a no nosense attitude, we also have the quota spot with Lulia going any queues or kiwis on their way?

Kaufusi is contracted isn't he, so with relegation next year don't think London will want to lose their biggest metre maker.

If gaskell has signed we are covered for halves next year and also maybe centres if blythe signs also, think purts may get moved to 2nd row and gas at centre, still wonder what fosters position will be.

I doubt we'll be signing Kaufusi. He is one of London's best players so I wouldn't have thought they would want to let him go. Would be nice to have him though.

I'd be worried about his tendency to get banned!

Also, when it comes to French players I still have a doubt whether there'd be communication problems, hopefully not though.

Oh and just to change tack a little with Kaufusi, I'd be hesitant to have two quota spots tied up in two front rowers.
