Maybe the answer could have being on time in the first place. The intervention by CC may have made them have to clarify the positions with shareholders etc before announcing the next step?

I thought the announcement was due at 9am today. Was that not the case?

I have not herd from anybody regarding the time of the announcement does anybody else know?

Funnily enough, I got the stupid idea they were going to announce something at midnight, so I was expecting something in the morning papers.. But when I think about it, it was the pledge which closed at midnight not when they were going to announce. I think I'm going bonkers, midnight ffs, think it must be the strain I'm under....

"Many people have indicated they have yet to pledge. We have therefore decided to keep the pledge open until midnight on Monday."

The Bulls will then make a further statement as soon as practical after the Bank Holiday weekend.

Can anything be read into the fact that there are adverts for both the Challenge Cup matches and Magic Weekends on the Bulls site?

I popped on this morning to see whether an announcement had been made and saw these.

Well the delay in the announcement is beginning to look significant.

If there's an EGM which looks likely to oust Hood, can he call in the pledge when he and Mr Bennett will not be in place to implement the business plan? He's highly unlikely to want to collect half a million quid in order to hand it to Chris Caisley later in the week.

#BradfordBulls say they'll make announcement this afternoon re £500k fundraising target. They extended the deadline til midnight last night.

And I believe that is mainly the answer..............

Hope it doesn't all end in tears. Can't say I've much confidence in the shareholders.

BTW is anyone on here a shareholder? I'd love to be a fly on the wall at the EGM.

Are the wages not due friday? I would have though getting the pledge money in as soon as possible would be top priority. Time is short.

I dunno, are we getting ahead of ourselves? Maybe there isn't one called yet.

As has been said, wages are due so any further discussions, EGMs etc will see us more likely to go into Admin.

would be good if theres not just announcement on pledge total, but also given the extra time available to Hood and the board, something on the way forward to the next £500k wherever from. Disappointed the BBC gave Nobby a slot to push Caisleys "plan" without asking what Caisley has done for the club in the last 6 years, wheres the transparency of his plan, and why now and not before?

The silence from the club is deafening,this is slowly turning into a PR disaster.

All the goodwill will soon be lost if they don't come clean soon.

I read in LE that we are due another £100K of Sky money now, that plus the take from the Leeds gate should pay the wages shurely if nowt else?
