Given Wigan came back and beat West Ham after being 2-0 down so they now have a real chance of staying up, plus the fact the game is on TV, as well as Wigan are flying high and the Bulls are shipping points like they're going out of fashion, I can't see this being much bigger than maybe an 8k crowd if the club is lucky.

More chance of us going unbeaten until the end of the season than 8k on Sunday. I reckon if you halve that figure you'll be closer.

The crowing about the disparity in cup/league attendances v Wigan is going to be something.

im not one for brown nosing other clubs fans nor am i on a wind up either

i do however think next week a shocking attendance is on the cards especially for wigan fc having a massive game on tv too that day.

I think they'll be a decent following from our lot to be honest. It tends to be the case in Wigan that your either a rugby fan or a footy fan, and if your both it tends to be any football team other than the latics.

Looking forward to the game immensely. I know your not playing well at present (massive understatement I know).

But any team is capable of pulling out a great performance out of nowhere.

And you really can't blame anybody for not wanting to pay £15 after the last few performances. Especially when it's on telly.

We'll get somewhere between 4,000 - 5,000. If we had been playing well it would not have made much difference at all to this one. Maybe 500 or so.

Unfortunately not. I would have come to the game had it been on the Saturday, but we have our own home game at 3pm on the Sunday, so we will be at the Shay.

As bad as we are playing we wouldnt swap watching a bad championship team to watch a bad Superleague team.

I always like games against Wigan, I'm sure you'll bring plenty but I suspect we may be down to the (#) few this weekend (# insert appropriate word here, brave, crazy, foolish, blindly optimistic, [size=85loyal [/size, people with nothing better to do and a broken TV and/or radio)

Me? I'll be there as its a home cup tie against Wigan and its games like that that I watch Bradford/rugby league for, and if we manage an upset I want to be there. I'm going more in hope than expectation, but I'm going, and I'm not going to judge anyone who chooses better ways to spend their Sundays, but it would be nice to think we could develop some sort of siege mentality like Wigan did a couple of seasons back and turn up to help encourage the team, but thats probably not going to happen.



Plus it'll mean I'll get my old leaning post in the ground and car parking space outside the ground back that I've lost this season due to bigger crowds.


I'm also not offering any solutions to our current plight. We're cr@p. Bitching and moaning won't help. The team just need to work harder and smarter in training and on match days in all aspects of Basic Rugby League Football.

Further down the track we need to change personnel on/off the pitch when appropriate, and we as fans can only turn up and support the team. Which is what I will be doing on Sunday, because like you say, anything can happen! [size=65(but probably wont TBF)[/size

Well said Duckman. I'm struggling on this one. Initial thoughts are I want to go, versus 40+ quids worth of petrol and my season ticket won't get me in. Add to beer, service stop food etc. and it's a lot to watch what on paper is nothing but a pasting?

I'll probably be there, bemoaning the outlay on the Sunday night....

Family and gf have got tickets for Sunday. Can't say I'm particularly looking forward to it just yet though. Unless we get an unbelievable dose of good fortune (Wigan lose a few to injury and a couple sent off) I can't see how we can improve enough to get a result in this game.

Hopefully the weather will be good, least I can enjoy a few beers to ease the pain.

It will be interesting to see whether there will be more Wigan than Bulls fans.
