Thats a bit unfair. when he got featherbed passes from Menzies (as a winger should expect from his centre) then he caught and finished off well.
Running sideways is merely the result of having been given the ball in a covered position where taking one stride forwards means he will got battered and no ground is made.
I'm happy to see him go but I can see where his pace was not used and may be a better player elsewhere with better service.

Thanks for the effort, but I'm not disappointed with this news, Raynor will be an upgrade IMHO.

I said in an earlier post that his medical condition means that he will not be playing rugby for a long time.
How this affects his contract with the Bulls I do not know, but recent signings might suggest that they are preparing for next season witout him.

He will. Seems to me that Potter has signed a lot of players that he thinks he can get more out from what the are currently doing and Raynor is one.
Stilll leaves a huge chunk of salary cap for a couple of marque players.

There's no doubt it hasn't worked for him at Odsal. As has been said, best for all parties, but Rikki deserves thanks for the effort he put in (which was never lacking).

TBF turning him into a worse one would be more difficult. Worrincy strikes me as a player with all the physical attributes but the brain of someone who has turned to the game in his early 20s having never seen a game before. Those sort of defects would take a genius to quickly rectify.

Plus all pledgers will get cheap printer cartridges.

Just to pick one bit from an article which was basically positive, “I thought we were going well. What happened in the middle of the season didn’t help things, with the coach leaving and other things going on behind the scenes. Then there were so many injuries as well and it just got on top of us".

Given that it's A) in the plural and B) mentioned in amongst such important distractions as the coach leaving and the high number of injuries, I wonder what "other things were going on"?

If it is him? how will he cope with a cold night up there? He didn't like the cold weather during pre season let alone it being a degree or two colder tonight!

He couldn't cope with people kicking towards him in League, how's he gonna do Union when they kick the ball every 10 seconds?

It's only 10 seconds when the ball is in play, which is hardly ever. Whenever I flick between channels & land on yawnion nothing is ever happening.
