I've worked out the following

£60 x 5500 = £330,000
£99 x 3500 = £346,500
£150 x 1000 = £150,000
...
Thats £826,500 spread over the three plans

Which is better then £60 x 10,000 = £600,000

Don't forget that if we get the 10,000 we will also get some at £45 on top of those. Also the U8's go free and it'll all generate extra income at the games, food, drinks, merchandise.

When you think about it, people must spend more than £60 on food and beer in a season! Just goes to show how cheap this deal is!

One of my friends who is a Leeds supporter is buying a season ticket on the basis that it'll cost him £20 to get in for the Leeds game and with Leeds playing Friday home games, he can nip on the 508 and be at Odsal on the Sunday, making his season ticket £40 for 12 games.

The feeling at the club has really gone from rock bottom to the top.

I think the club must have well over 2,000 already looking in the Marquee after the game.

I think we could be at the 4,000 figure by Friday which is amazing if true.

Something else with this is that if it's successful it will give the Club the benefit of some early cash flow, so that's another win for them. Get the Pldege Counter up Stuart, as the date looms near it might just temp some people to buy early Xmas pressies for friends and family. You know how it is with Yorkshire folk, it would be worth buying an extra ticket to ensure we get the deal. Oh and don't forget the "beer" prices

I have seen numerous people drink copious amounts at home games with the on field performances being below par.

The club must be making at least £1.20 on every pint.

I think the club also has ideas about a MUCH bigger pledge-counter - watch this space.

All you guys doing the maths out there, don't forget to exclude VAT from all the numbers. And also that VAT goes up to 20% on 4/1/11.

Don't forget too that, on top of the pledges, you'll still have the income from those who have posh membership in the posh black seats in the stand and anyone in the Coral Stand (excluded from the £99 offer). And the walk-ins (will still be some) and the away support (ditto...) so you'll be looking at average attendances more like the old days.
