| Thought I'd start off this as a sticky thread so anyone at the club who happens to be reading this can perhaps address the issues raised.
It's for off field, non playing issues so if you want to make a comment about on field things here is NOT the place.
Here's my top three things that I 'd like to see after going to all the home games thus far:
1. Please do not book MC Wiggy, ever, ever again.
and er, that's it.
Just kidding:
2. Please can somebody wash the Bulls flag that gets passed up the popular side? It stinks and people now try to run to get out of it's way! Not the impression it should give. Good luck on finding a washing machine that is big enough to take it.
3. Please can you turn the PA down just a tad? It's still v v loud, and I'm not that much of an old fogey!
On the plus side, well done on getting the pictures up in the Coral Stand of the Bulls work in the community. Is there something up in the ticket office yet? The club ought to be blowing it's own trumpet abnout all this work as I don't think it gets as much of a mention as it should.

If you knew the facts sunshine you would realise what a pr1ck you just made of yourself there. One of those facts...Bullseye has more (and constructive) contact with the club than most who post on here.

| Got an e-mail from the club following some of the points made on this thread. This just goes to show that people from the club do read this forum and that where possible changes can be made:
Here's some excerpts from the e-mail:
1. Re Wiggy. This was an experiment in something different to try and
lift the atmosphere at the games. Even the RAB forum has had threads
commenting on the poor atmosphere and we do feel it is worth trying
different approaches to help with this. I am at least partially of the
opinion that some of our build up does detract from fans making a noise –
for example the team coming out to train during a band playing misses an
obvious opportunity for fan/player interaction. We have had a very mixed
response to Wiggy with emails saying it was the best and emails saying it
was the worst pre match ever. However we have no current plans to bring him
back!!
2. The flag will be cleaned!!
3. Not sure where you sit / stand but we get conflicting feedback on
the sound levels. It seems the acoustics around parts of the stadium lose
the noise which we may be overcompensating for on the sound levels. All I
can suggest is that you keep giving us feedback until we get it right.

| The new toilets at the back of the Rooley Lane end. The floors are green with mould. It's disgusting. One bloke larking about for part of an afternoon with a portable jet wash will solve the problem. That's a forty quid investment in not making tens of thousands of people stand in each others year old pi55. Bargain.

| The ladies bogs in the Touchdown are getting worse. On sunday one of the three was out of action all day and the others were less than clean from early on.
There was no soap in the soap dispenser and the hand dryer was not working.
More and more people are finding that they can use the bogs in the touchdown. It saves the climb up mount everest to the top level and as a result a lot more people are using them.
any chance they could be sorted out?

| Yeah I forgot to mention that last time. The flag now smells of launderettes which is a huge improvement!
Also this week the toilets in the Touchy were cleaner and all working. There was soap in the dispenser and the hand dryer was working.
What next? Errr, free beer for season ticket holders?

| Can we please keep this thread for sensible suggestions for the club?
If its going to serve its purpose we need to keep the chat and mucking about elsewhere.
Cheers.

| i still think a lot of work has to be concentrated on the atmosphere - this isnt really a gripe but i was appauled at the lack of sound from bulls fans even when a try had just been scored on friday in comparison to the smaller numbers of tigers fans

| I know it's been said before but please can you turn the volume down on the pre match entertainment, it really is deafening.
As for Robbie Williams/Norman Collier - please never again.

| While some of the acts we're seeing may not be that good we should remember that the club's budget for pre match ents is a fraction of what it was 10 years ago so quality is bound to be a bit variable.
However if you know of a decent act that won't cost the earth I'm sure the club would be happy to hear from you.
There are a lot of people doing a lot of different jobs up at Odsal and I know any help would be gratefully received.

It may start us on a slippery slope back to the days of naff all pre match stuff so not so sure.
Perhaps more could be made of the little league sometimes? I expect kids would love it to have their names announced on the PA if they scored or having their names in the programme. By making the kids feel a bit special we'd maybe attract a few back as fans. It'd certainly help build a bit of loyalty to the club.

Difficulty is getting the pitch space whilst the players are warming up.
I think more could possibly be made of the track area but I'm unsure what.
I don't actually know of anyone who times their arrival at the Stadium specifically to see the pre-match act. I certainly don't and once the act commences you can forget all about any sort of conversation with anyone round about for the duration.
It just seems to be an inconvenience that has to be endured for 10 minutes or so before kick off.

Just a suggestion, why not include a small advert in the programme giving the name of the act and contact details (should anyone wish to book them for a function), this "free advertising" could be used as part payment for performing.

| Why book acts at all?
If the club hasn't got much money, instead of booking rubbish acts why not just play music over the loudspeakers? Does anyone actually watch the acts while they're 'singing'?

| Kareoke would be better than some of the acts we've had.
I'd prefer they had 4/5 top notch acts for the "bigger" games of the season and had a play with the pre match format in the other games.
I think more fan v opposition fans participation would be good.
Didn't we talk about getting bulltag going between two sets of fans pre match? Wouldn't need the whole pitch if it was 7 a side or similar.
Other things away from music are an option too.
From the top of my head we've had parachuting, absailing, police dogs to name but a few. These were all enjoyable, had people watching and in the case of the police dogs; give a link between the Bulls and other good things being done in the commuinity.

AFAIK the police dogs and Royal Marines will be back this season.
Agree about the fan participation.
Would be more than happy to have a game of Bulltag. I know of a few teams that'd be up for that. Last summer we had the "Tri Village Tournament" between Lost Loiners, Rawdon Rhinos and Bradford Whelks which was a big success. The Whelks just lost out in the final.
I'm sure all three teams would be more than up for a re-run on Odsal's hallowed turf!
