It's just the phrase "training with....." carries a lot of ambiguity. I mean can you define what it means to be "training with" a club? I mean in a contractual sense of course.

Modern term for a trial, I reckon.

I think the word you were looking for is "miracle".

Then surely the term would be he's trialing (is that a word?) with Castleford and not he's training with Castleford. The RFL are very particular about what in fact "training with..." actually means.

wouldn't suprise me if he did. He was good for us when he first arrived, and then went away with NZ over the summer n got injured, n never played at full fitness that season. He was good in the match against leeds at odsal where he scored a couple. I think he should have been given another shot here.

Good luck to Tame, I thought he was a good lad for us when he was fit. I'm of the opinion that Tame had something to offer us and was sold a bit short by our people.

Sorry, but I'm not sad to see him leave and don't think he'll be one to come back to bite us. He has a physical presence but for me he lacks that bit of heart to make him the real handful he should be. I expect he will have been on a decent wedge at the Bulls, we certainly wasn't getting a good return on that outlay.

I agree 100% IMO he was stitched good and proper.

He's been on, most likely, a large chunk of our salary cap as well as taking up a quota spot and for all that he's not even played a season's worth of games for us.

I agree. The coaching staff saw him week-in, week-out and obviously thought he was a liability. It's not as if we can afford luxury players at the moment.

I doubt he'll be one to come back and bite us. From some things i've read he's arrogant, and when injured didn't get in touch or do any training at all with any of the lads. I think it was in Langleys space in the T&A that said something about it.
