| So with Dunning sacked it’s Greenwood’s chance to put a marker down for the rest of the season. Swinton are coming off a huge win against Toulouse and will likely see this as a game they can win after seeing our performance.
Do we have any injuries to come back? Or are we stuck with the same side that capitulated at Barrow?
What changes do we make?

| Get rid of the 2 half backs for a start along with Johnson and Flannagan, Butler has been garbage for the last month as well he needs dropping as a kick up the . Robers has already made too many appearences, he should never be alowed to step foot in the club again

| Let's play fantasy Bulls rugby league coach. Using everyone's knowledge of available players (of which there are not that many who are fit), who do we field for Swinton - one of the x5 "must wins" going forward ? Youth / experience (but oldish) / mix ?
Who's the leader ? Never mind all the "leadership group" garbage. Who stands in the middle of the pitch with more guts than Arnie ?

| Dunning said wholesale changes. Whether he knew that included him or not we don’t know but the reaction this week at home will speak volumes.
Needs to be some open and honest discussions held. Who wants to play for this club and who doesn’t. I (as I think others) will watch a lower quality side that want to play for the shirt.

In that case:
Walker
Qareqare
Myers
Gill
Blackmore (or Foggin-Johnston)
Patton
Lawford
Baldwinson
Lilley
Rodgers
England
Wallace
Thompson (prefer him at 13 rather than an edge)
Flanagan (needs a performance here)
Scurr
Appo (swap for a middle, not an edge)
Foster (if recovered, if not Turgut)
Butler has been poor for a few weeks so needs dropping for a game. England deserves to show is what he has. Lilley at 9.
Johnson has offered nothing so far this year so Appo back in for him. If Appo isn't ready, Green gets that spot.
After this weekend I would have dropped Myers to get him out of the firing line but we have no replacement so put him with Blackmore (if he’s back). If we have none of our own wingers available then it’s Tindall or no-one.
Baldwinson and Rodgers worked well as starters at the beginning of the season. Lef’s go back to that and try find form.

| Myers didn't have a good game did he but he was far from alone. As Highlander mentioned a young kid needs to play in a settled side and he hasn't had that.
Second half defence was abysmal so some players need to be made an example.
It's also time to pick Lawford and bin Patton off.

Not saying he was alone. That’s why I said IF we could bench him for a week. I would have done to take him out of the firing line. This is not the case so put him with our most experienced winger in Blackmore.
With Holmes out. Who you partner Lawford with? Unfortunately I think we have to play Patton to make sure Lilley goes in at 9.

Also Myers playing today, so if he's not playing 2 games in 2 days then who plays centre? Not Butler I hope.

| Miles may as well get him self off.
If he cant get get a game with the way things are at the minute then hes never going to get a chance. Lilley and Patten both absoute f***ing stealing a wage.

Not sure about Butler in the centres or Jowiit over Lawford in the halves. But hopefully the lads go out and get the 2 points. That’s all that matters today.

| Don't get that Line up. Jowitts played FB, wing, Hooker this year and now in specialist position of HB when we've got specialist HB in Lawford doing well in reserves.
Butler at centre doesn't strike me as confident either.
Would have preferred Jowitt having a run at centre and Lawford at HB.

| Great start. Let's kick on now and rack up some points to address our abysmal points difference (which could be crucial)
Don't let them back in it and it be 34-32 game.

| 26-8 at half time. Just about a fair score, although the Swinton try was a breakaway intercept. We really look like a totally different team (again). Yes, I know its "only" Swinton, but the Bulls look energised, enthused, hard tackling, strong running and a really enjoyable game (so far). Even Patton is on one of his good days. Billy Jowett has injected pace into the attacks, and he's also had a cracking game in defence.

| Yup, any team can beat any other in this year's championship. But Swinton's 3 wins from 10 matches says they're not exactly tearing up the division.

| Wow. Just watched Bradford press the self destruct button again, but they were saved by the full time hooter. Any longer, we'd have capitulated once again.
After watching the Bulls for almost 30 years, I've never seen such a game swing as much from one team to the other. It's almost like they're thinking the game's won (several times), and then let the opposition back in. Great excitement for the neutral, but hellish frustrating for the Bulls fans.
Loads of work needed by Lee and Nobby to get to the bottom of the problem, but the team looked much more enthusiastic today, with plenty of decent performances from Jowitt, Scurr, England, Appo, Fenton Rodgers, and the odd bit of sparkle from Patton. Onwards and (hopefully) upwards with this team, now

| I thought we were bloody awful at times today. Some attitudes in the side are really poor. Bad discipline, give up under adversity and swan around like world beaters. The beginning and end of the second half was as bad as it gets.
That new culture Mark Dunning spoke about is only skin deep. Put this team under pressure and they fall apart.
Exceptions in the cases of Scurr, Mason, Appo and Lilley.

| Bonkers game. Good to get a win under the belt but I think most other teams would have beaten us today.
Horrid defence on show. A few players standing out today and nice to see some strong running. Nathan Mason would be a good keep but suspect he will be gone again soon and swap with someone else.
Anyone know what the Swinton complaint made was? Ref placed it on report.
