| Massive win for Oldham yesterday. Was surprised by the drubbing they gave York. Oldham look decent on paper but thought that game would be a lot closer. Are York depleted?
Fax look like they're going to be better than last year if they can keep their squad fit.

| [quote="Bull Mania":2vnp0g8b]York result shocked me. I don't think many teams will pump them by 50+. Must drive their supports mad though. Start slow then end up putting a 10 game winning streak at the end of every year to sneak in the play-offs. Eventually that streak will stop but imagine where they could finish if they started well.
Great win for Fax and Eastmond seems to have given them a togetherness again. Can't see play-offs as they've just no depth.
Great win for Widnes at Toulouse. Looks like Coleman will make them difficult to beay again this year. I worry for Toulouse. Zero depth. They had Marion who is a loose as their starting half back at the weekend and only named a 20 man squad. It's round 1! Can see their invincibility at home falling away this year and A tough season for them in the champ. Can't see where they pick up enough IMG points with their SL season now wiped off. Wouldn't surprise me to see them leave the league at the end of the season.[/quote:2vnp0g8b] toulouse literally have 1 half in shorrocks rivett left

| The big challenge for Oldham is putting a string of good performances together week after week. The Championship is a massive step up from League One. There will not be many games this year they can just 'turn up' and win. Defensively they look very good having only conceded 18 points in their last 6 league games.

| I know it's only one game but the manner of that win over York makes me think Oldham are a different kettle of fish to us when we went up from L1.

Sounds a bit fishy to me.
