I used to be able to watch Sky in NZ, which would show one Championship match a week, couldn't find anything and looking it seems there isn't even any showing in the UK. Is this correct? Anyway we can watch?

Did I see correctly Bradford Bulls did a live stream on twitter, is this something we can watch?

There was an interview with one of the heads of Sky's RL coverage in Rugby League World towards the end of last season and they said there was a chance in 2016 that Championship matches might get shown on the Sky Sports website/app, similar to some of the middle 8 games with minimal cameras, commentary and no video ref. Haven't seen any evidence of that coming in so far - they did say it was just a trial last year so maybe it wasn't used enough. Or it could be they are just showing select games - us vs Leigh in a few weeks would be an obvious candidate. As it stands, it looks unlikely at the moment.

I think it would be a good idea for the Championship clubs to get together and request the rights back from Sky if Sky have no plans to show anything but maybe a dozen games all year and be allowed to arrange their own TV distribution in a similar way to how Spanish football clubs do. This would give Championship clubs a chance at increasing their revenues as TV exposure means boosts to advertising and more media exposure for the clubs all round

What extra exposure would that be. None of the terrestrial stations would be bothered the only one possible is Premier sports which requires a separate subscription on top of any Sky/Virgin subscription so you wouldn't get any none rugby followers watching in great numbers. With the uncompetitive nature of the championship it holds no attraction to be shown regularly.
