Ringing ticket office on 08448 711490 will probably get you an answer quicker than emailing.

I just rang Ticket Office and was told my 5 year Black Season Tickets bought early last year were still valid and would be honoured to 2015. Am quite stunned by this but very happy

i have just asked and my Amber ticket is still valid..... just picked myself up of the floor as i was thinking how i was going to explain to the wife i was going to get a new season ticket
