Just went on the link, it looks a good read. The cover is very evocative for people of a certain age, it`s a replica of the pre 64 Northern program. I used to save them and had many, I now wish I had not thrown them away, not my idea to, it was her indoors`s idea.

Looks interesting, but unfortunately the London League website doesn't give much information to make me decide whether it's worth the price. For example, how many pages? Hardback or softback? Number of illustrations, etc. Can the poster advise please? Thanks.

The book has 200 pages, 40 photographs, softback and and if you click on the image on the LLP website, you will see nine lines of information about the content. Amazon also say that at the moment it is unavailable, but that is only because it has just left the printers.
