I don't see how the cap has any bearing on the figures for the wage bill. The salary cap only covers players. Everyone else can get paid as much or a little as the market demands.
If you take the figures you use then sure that's £62k for everyone that's not a player, each month. Well do we know who is left on the wage bill?
With knowing that you can't figure out the numbers, also does the wage bill now include BG's salary himself???
