Cheers for that! It was a good evening and Mary and co managed to score a maximum in the quiz! Hope to see a good crowd at the next one on 4th April. We'll be showing the 1982 'Walk off' game v Hull KR plus support video and there'll be the usual free supper, quiz and jackpot questions.
Mushy peas aren't my bag. However I never saw the "walk off" should be interesting, especially to contrast the type of foul play back then with what goes on now. I suspect Eddie and Stevo would have kittens if they saw what was on disply back then.
