It gets better at Hull FC. The same view yet in a different stand is £4 cheaper for home fans.
HULL FC STATEMENT (Obtained vire Warrington Wolves website)
Hull FC have moved to clear up some confusion around the pricing for away supporters this season.
Away fans travelling to the KC Stadium will receive tickets for the North Stand for £23 adult if bought in advance from their club ticket office.
This priority purchase will last until the week of the game when prices increase to £25 adult for purchasing tickets on the gate.
This pricing structure is in line with the majority of other areas in the ground and the pre-purchase price is cheaper than the main West Stand and the popular East Stand.
The only areas of the ground that do not follow this pricing structure are the new family area of the West Stand and the South Stand, where special promotional prices (£19) have been set to reward Hull FC supporters for their loyalty in previous seasons.
The new look management at the club promised that an area of the ground would be reduced on match days for home supporters, which is why this area has been offered to fans.
The club are not discouraging away supporters from travelling to the KC Stadium this year and will continue to provide one of the best facilities for away fans in 2012, who will also be accompanied by dedicated supporter liaison officers from the club to ensure their match day experience in Hull is a positive one.
Surely there is nothing to stop say Bradford, Leeds, Cas, Wakey, Hudds etc doing a deal though? The Yorkshire Derby season ticket, it would certainly benefit teams like ourselves, Leeds, Cas etc where cover for away supporters isn't available in the usual spot for away supporters.
After reading the Hull board, it also appears that they charge away fans more for food and drink at the KC. Sounds like they're taking the p!ss a little, I tend to go pretty much all over in a season but will be thinking carefully before visiting Hull this year.
