I've been on a health kick recently and have been in training for the Bradford Half marathon in October. I've lost a decent stone and a half as a result but I can't seem to shift the old man boobs.
I've really cut down on beer and take aways at weekends because that's when I tend to do my long runs and have lost weight everywhere but my moobs haven't gone down at the same rate. It's frustrating because when they were big saggy things they didn't look out of place because I had a beer gut to pull them off. Now my stomach has gone down and I'm a lot less bloated the little pointy things I'm left with look more noticable to me and i feel really self conscious about it. I've started wearing tight vests under neath shirts to pull them in. I really want to go swimming as well as running but feel too embarrassed to do it.
This isn't a joke I'm being genuine and the reason I'm bringing it up on here is because none of you know my face and my mates would just rip the hell out of me if I asked them for advise. I went round to my mum and dads last night and my mother pointed them out and laughed.
Does anyone have any tips for cutting that last bit of fat on that part of my body?
